Worst place to buy a car ever. I thought I was getting a good deal with warranties that cover everything and car was delivered with everything ready to sign. Took my car in for a repair was told warranty coved it 100%. I was excited then had to wait two months for the part. Scheduled the service and took it to their dealership in another town again to he told I was lied to and it would cost 1500 to fix it that my warranty would not cover anything and there was nothing they could do about the guy they hired lying to me and that he had done it to a lot of other people too. There was nothing they could do to fix it. I took my car somewhere else for the same repair for less than half the price. Definitely will never do business with them again and don’t recommend anyone else to them either

This was a recall repair. Besides having work completed as scheduled and providing courteous service, when I picked my vehicle up, service dept had closed. There was a gentleman walking out heading to his car to go home. He said he worked in service. Instead of making me go into sales dept to find someone to go into service to get my keys, he gladly went back in and got my paperwork and keys for me. That is service!!! Unfortunately I can't remember his name. I hope it shows on paperwork as he needs to be commended for his service.

Horrible customer service

We purchased my wife's jeep from lithia. Sales department is fine, not complaints there. The service department is a different story. Every time I have taken my GC SRT8 to the service department they have managed to mess something up. Last time they were honest and fixed their mistake. This time, they wanted to have a 20 minute argument on why they weren't going to fix it, after their technician admitted they had messed up. No back bone or integrity. Its unfortunate that I will have to bring my wife's jeep here for warranty work. Will not purchase another Chrysler vehicle from them in order to avoid the service department.

I had been looking for a specific truck for a few weeks and finally found it at Lithia in Twin Falls, ID. The only problem was that I lived in the Salt Lake area. I called the dealer and asked if they would be willing to meet me in Pocatello. He had a better idea of meeting in Snowville, UT which was closer for by an hour! So we negotiated the price over the phone and he drew up all the paperwork and we met in Snowville with no obligation on my part to buy if it didn't turn out to be what I wanted. Everything went great and I ended up buying the truck. All paperwork was taken care of via email and mail and I am very satisfied with the truck.

After I had a quote on the purchase 2 new Dodge trucks. I noticed only1 Truck had running boards . As you can imagine we had a bit of a problem! I realized it was was a oversight. They had brought these trucks in from another dealer and the running boards lost in the paper work. We worked together with the G.M. Cory. We were successful in resolving this problem! I purchased 2 new trucks and left with a smile and a few more $$ in pocket! ! THANKS TO ALL!! VERNON

My husband and I love our Lithia Twin Falls store! The men and woman their are always very helpful, honest, and quick to take care of our needs. We have sent friends and family to them for all their car needs, and we will continue to do so. We feel when buying a car honesty is what we look for in a dealership. We feel our sales rep. has always been honest and fair to us. We will continue to buy our cars from Lithia Twin Falls for many years to come!!
