I was on the highway headed to Rigby when my engine light went off I pulled into tad Jenkins and went to the service department and the gentleman there was so helpful he came out he looked at the my car and spotted the issue and got me scheduled in as soon as possible and when I came in they took care of it very quickly and I was on my way and I really appreciated that

The Service Dept. does an exceptional job. The only miss communication that we had was, they asked if I wanted my car washed I told them no because it was raining when I left home. I just didn't think they wouldn't vacuum it, like they usually do.

Best place to buy vehicles or get repairs

We have lived here almost 20 yrs. During that time everyone has been professional, cheerful, and very helpful. Staff has always answered my endless questions patiently and respectfully. We have purchased several vehicles over the years and have been pleased with all of them. This last fall when my car was totaled (not my fault) we didn't have much money and they found us the wonderful 1999 Yukon that we are driving now. They took car of some repairs on it at cost. We had major medical bills and for them to take those extra steps to help us was amazing and greatly appreciated. They look to establish long term clients not just those for a quick buck. They are our favorite "car vet" and place to purchase reliable vehicles.

Got our car in there and diagnosed the issue quickly. All our communications with the team there were fantastic and polite. The only possible thing I could think of improving, was the amount of time after we dropped the car off (the night before) and our first communication from the dept (around 1pm, b/c we stopped by to check). If there was a call in the morning saying that "we'll take a look at your car this afternoon" or whatever, due to capacity it would've brought more peace about when they'd be able to get the car done. But really, overall just a fantastic experience!

They were very friendly, When they walked by they would smile.They talked to us while we were waiting. The service was quick, even though we had to wait, the waiting area was comfortable. they offered popcorn or beverages. they was straight out Friendly.
