Our New 2022 Porsche Taycan

We have known Ash Eyre, our sales representative, for several years. We worked with him to finalize the recent purchase of a 2022 Taycan Turbo. Ash is very knowledgeable on Porsche things, personable, and friendly. He kept us informed of the progress our car made during assembly and shipment to Honolulu. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to acquire and new or CPO Porsche. Porsche Hawaii prepared our new car nicely for us on the pick up day.

After several years of searching for what I thought would be the best mechanic for my car, I shipped it to the original, licensed retailer and mechanic in the state. 2 Year Service helpful. New Airbag programming chip replaced - good. Pleasant and patient service representative during repair period. Additional several thousand dollars later car returned with brand new right headlight, harness replaced and not working, seating broken and seemingly glued back together. Drove the car home only to have radiator warning light on and 2 quarts low on radiator fluid. Filled up, drove to work and had to have the car towed to another mechanic to fix. How was this not discovered during the 4 months in shop? After discovery and reaching out to service department, no response post shipping back? Don’t know. Still not sure what happened. Disappointed. Just spent another several thousand hard earned dollars to remedy.

Quick turn around on Safety Inspection and Filter Change

I decided to wait this time -- Car was ready in under 2 hours. Very much appreciated. Also, the technician worked with me on the issue that the airbag light was on (still ok for safety inspection). That saved a huge expense and another trip to town for an unnecessary repair.
