Great Rick Case Hyundai service

Took our 2022 Tucson in for it’s scheduled oil change and to update our phone contacts that somehow got disconnected from our Bluetooth. We always appreciate the great service we get from the whole staff, but especially for Mike Ennis. I never feel like we are getting ripped off which sad to say happens all the time in today’s world. Truely a great staff to do business with.

Service Dept too small. Called Service Dept numbers for an appt. Got voice mail. Left three messages for a call back, no call backs. I went on website and scheduled an appt. Showed up and they had no record of the appt. Took 3/ 1/5 hrs for the recall service of anti-theft software.

After months of car shopping we had the BEST experience with Aiden at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell. A beautiful car at the right price, PLUS he was pleasant to work with and extremely efficient. We made an appointment to test drive and the car was ready and waiting (not our experience with other dealers) and once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Aiden had the car and all the paperwork ready to go! Waiting too long!

It shouldn’t take 3 full hours for a simple 24,000 mile maintenance service but yet it did (and yes, this was with an appointment)!

Car update

I took the car in for an update fob the security system. When I scheduled the appointment I told the person on the phone that I was going out of town and would be back on Monday. I also scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation. They called to let me know that the brakes needed to be replaced along with the inside air filter and a coolant flush. I agreed to the coolant flush and the air filter. They were professional and took care of the issues but seemed to have a problem with the car being left over the weekend. I did pick it up around 1pm on the Monday before the fourth.

Prompteness, courtesy and profesionalism

Usually it is busy over there and you need an appointment. This time I only needed an Pre-owned car full inspection check and the he put me the next day first hour in the morning. They perform all the checking and 2as done he took me to the car and showed me all the findings. He took all the necessary pictures and emailed them to me. Other than I was expecting a full detailed Report (it was only mentioned the findings into the invoice), I was pleased by their welcomed protocols. Thank you Mr. Mike!
