The whole team did everything they could to help during my very stressful week. We were able to get into a new car and get my family home safely (9 hours away). I liked Julia. I needed to leave my converted promaster 3500 overnight and she gave me a rental truck to use to get home to Americus. I had made an appointment ahead of time, but she did not have record of it. Wish I had been asked if I have any warranties.

I am from South Carolina and was in town for the model airplane exposition at the fairgrounds. I noticed that I had a tire that was almost flat and you were able to provide me with a new tire while I shopped for model airplane parts. The lady at the service desk was very helpful and the driver who came to pick me up when my car was fixed was patient with me even though I gave him some sketchy directions. I live in an area where there is a lot of construction going on and I get a lot of flat tires. Almost all of them come from nails in the sidewall. Why never in the middle of the tread?
