Lisa was great to work with and had so much knowledge about the vehicles I was looking at, that it made it an easy process to decide which vehicle I was going to buy. Jodie was also great to work with throughout the purchase process and walked me through step-by-step on getting to know my new vehicle. Kenny was also great to work with through the paperwork process to finalize the sale. Everyone I had the pleasure to work with throughout the purchase process was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are all great assets to the SouthTowne team. It was also appreciated to recieve a call directly from Chad following up on the purchase experience. It really shows that SoutheTowne cares about its customers.

I had a 7,000 mile check and I was a walk up. It took a little longer than I had planned but they did find a nail in one of my tires and discovered that it did not puncture the tire. Over all, they did a nice job.

I have purchased many cars and dealing with Southtowne was by far the best. My salesman Ronnie Stancill worked for hours to put me in just the right 2018 GMC Sierra. He made the necessary changes I had to have in a new truck. No high pressure just a friendly guy. the Parts and Service folks were very helpful. It was just a fun and great buying experience.
