This is the third car I have bought from Butler Macon. The paperwork is getting a little painful and even invasive. Best price I could find at least in South georgia. Way too many dealers enjoy gotchas. Butler put it out there, so here it is. Had three people working with me, Casey, Mark, finance guy.

Highly recommend this place not only because of how friendly everyone is but because they really make things happen for you! The Toyota place where I am from made it seem impossible for me to buy a car because of the negative I had on my trade in, but Cedric at Butler Toyota made it happen for us!! So happy with my car!!

I went in to purchase a 2018 vehicle and came out with a 2019 Toyota Corolla. My sales lady was Saletha Doston was wonderful. She had a lot of patience and great attitude. Iam recommending all my family and friends to her. The manager came over and he was great also. I love my new car

Great service, but one slight problem

Everything went off without a hitch while inquiring and purchasing from Butler Toyota. I waited 3 months to do this review to ensure that I wouldn't be rating high before issues arrived. The ONLY complaint I have, and reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took over a month to have the rest of my title paperwork sent from Butler Toyota to my bank in Huntsville, Alabama. The title clerk at Butler was out for a few weeks and someone else was trying to help keep the backlog small. But that is my sole complaint, everything else was a breeze, even purchasing outside the state.

they claim the tires were rotated but the form where the service tech was to mark was not marked. so i'm not sure if that work was done.

Stopped by Butler Toyota on 5/7/16 for a service check on my 2011 Camry and ended up purchasing a 2016 Avalon Touring!!! Troy Stephens Sr. is the salesperson that assisted me and was awesome!!! Excellent customer service, very patient with me (considering I viewed a few other vehicles) before making my final selection.
