I'm always hesitant about the car buying process. My entire experience at Nalley Hyundai was great. My sales person was Orren Crowther, and he was very patient in working with me, reviewing the vehicle features, making sure my needs were met and answering my questions. My finance point of contact was Jay Williams and he did a great job making me feel comfortable about my options and choices. I'd happily return again.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

I recommended this dealership tp friends and family on Facebook, especially to those ladies who may have to purchase a vehicle by themselves. In no way was I pressured, the salesperson was above and beyond professional, juggling several items at once (training another associate,etc.). I was very impressed with him and sales manager overall. I wish more people in the community knew about the great people over there. Seems like a great work environment and the atmosphere was so great. Mr. Philan is the best!

Honest and Direct Service with No Games

I was very pleased to meet several members of the Nalley Hyundai staff. The were honest, straight forward and did not play any games. This was the best, fastest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I definitely recommend visiting Nalley Hyundai if your looking for a great deal, honest sales people and you do not want to be worried about soneone selling you an overpriced car. Im thankful for the experience.

Just Bought my first New Car - Sonata

I had visited a number of car dealerships but by far Hyundai of Conyers was the best. Tie Hill was extremely knowledgeable and allowed me time to think and shop around. He answered all of my questions and was very direct in his answers. I am very nervous when going into dealerships but he was awesome as a sales manager. Once I purchased the Sonata he set up the vehicle devices for me and gave full explanations. Thank you Tie for making my buying experience wonderful.

The service at Nalley Hyundai was Great!! I really wasn't in the market to get a new car because I didn't have any credit. I thought it would be impossible for me to get a used car. Well Thanks to Amish I left Nalley Hyundai with an 2015 Hyundai Accent and I love it. Also the payments are in my range (very affordable).

I just bought a used 2008 Elantra. The sales team was very helpful and professional and they worked with me to get me into my new car. They were also willing to negotiate to what I felt was a very fair price. They made sure that the vehicle was in top shape before they gave it to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a good car from good people.

I had the best experience with dealership from the phone call inquiry to buying a car. I went in to test drive a car and ended up buying a car within two hours. The salesperson Orren Crowther was such a great help to me. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful. This was my first time buying a car.It made feel real good.

The Best Car Buying Experience

The sales representative that assisted me with the purchase of my vehicle, Orren Crowther, was very professional and courteous. He explained the safety features in great detail and other important specifications of the vehicle. One thing I dread about car dealerships is dealing with a representative who is fast talking, loud, and wears you down with crap-talk.. Orren got high marks from me just from his mannerism alone. He answered all my questions. I feel like I got what everyone should expect from a quality dealership with good people working for them. And I got a great car that I'm happy with on top of everything.

the sales representative - Antonio Cadena is someone i will describe as a very convincing and patient professional. My plan when i walked into the dealership was to simply drop off my 2011 Sonata for a check, 2 hours later, i was being shown different models of SUVs, of course i ended up purchasing the Santa Fe which i love, so thank you Antonio.

This is our third Hyundai Santa Fe, and we have bought all of them in Conyers. Our experience couldn't have been better. We dealt with Orren Crowther (our salesman), Mike (the sales manager), the finance person (sorry I didn't get his name), and Mr. Pettigrew. All of them were friendly and so very helpful. We feel that we got a very fair deal for a wonderful new 2014 Santa Fe. We highly recommend this dealership. If you're looking for a Hyundai, definitely go here first because you won't need to go anywhere else!

Amazing service

My wife and I just leased two vehicles at Nalley Hyundai, the service was beyond reproach and the cars (Santa Fe and Elantra) are nothing short of amazing. Every single one of my many questions was answered in extensive detail and very patiently. Not knowing much about cars my wife and I were really grateful for all the help and patience of the manager Mr. Fawaz and his team. We had visited two other dealerships prior to that but they didn't even come close to Nalley Hyundai both in terms of product and service. They made the process really enjoyable and fun and I would recommend visiting them prior to visiting any other dealership. They will probably get you the best deal in town and save you a lot of time. Regarding the two cars we leased, they are probably the best value I have ever gotten close to in my entire life! After test-driving the cars, it became clear to me that they were irresistible values. They are also very comfortable to drive in the city and on highways and the safety features are amazing. The warranty offered by Hyundai is also great. It's always good to know that the manufacturer stands behind his cars and is confident enough to offer this kind of warranty. Overall, I wouldn't think twice in recommending both this dealership and Hyundai in general to all my friends and family.

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T this past Saturday, 8/30/14 from Nalley. I can only say it was a pleasure! Jamila and Shere were the best and answered all my questions. They knew I had my grand-daughter with me and at 16 mths old she was in no mood to be there all day. I was in no mood to be there all day. But then it didn't take all day because Jamila and Shere took very good care of me and pushed everything through. It only took 2 1/2 hours and I was out the door in my beautiful new car. Everyone was so nice and I LOVED working with Jamila. We has a lot of fun. Now if I could only figure all the modern tech things out, I would be great! Gotta love all the fancy, high tech things and the Hyundai doesn't disappoint. LOVE THE BLUELINK. Everyone is totally jealous that I can crank my car with my phone. I just had a good time at the dealership, made some friends and love my new car. Thanks Nalley !

RESCUED ME FROM CARMAX!!!!!!

In July of 2013 I had the misfortune of purchasing a 2006 santa fe from CarMax and got taken for a ride. The selling price was $14,500, after all applicable charges, taxes and financing charges final selling price went to $34,000 for an eight year old vehicle. I tried in vain to get the vehicle re-financed, but no one would take on that loan. Fast forward 9 months later I got a call from NALLEY HYUNDAI informing me that they had an awesome upgrade special. Boy were they right!! They put me in a 2013 elantra, paid off my santa fe , and my monthly payments decreased significantly. ABSOLUTLEY UNBELIEVABLE!! Excellent service from all sales and service members. I will definitely be purchasing a 2nd vehicle from them.
