He went the extra mile to make sure the car was delivered and registered with ease. It was not just the car, but the compassion shown by him (and everyone involved in our transaction) that made our experience unforgettable. Genesis GV80

The question was a BMW, Mercedes or Genesis (GV80) SUV. The decision was a Genesis due largely to two factors. First, the willingness to be flexible both with price on the new car and trade in value on the old car. The second was the expert, professional and focused attention from Roberto Matamoros, the Sales Consultant we met with. Roberto took control of the process from start to finish and effectively helped lead us to the Genesis. His low pressure consultative sales approach was the correct way to handle us, and it resulted in a purchase. He is one of the best sales consultants we have dealt with in the auto business

Buyer be aware of the finance manager. He is [non-permissible content removed]. My credit score is 795 and he tried to tell me that the interest rate would be 10.5 based on my debt to income ratio. It's not the sales person who is not to be trusted. All to make a little bit more money. Sell your soul and lie. Fortunately, I will refinance the car.

This particular dealership went above and beyond to get me the car that I needed. They truly took great care of me and they aimed to deliver the best experience and they absolutely did! They worked to find me the car that I wanted for my daughter and went to Tennessee and delivered it back to me rather quickly. I can't thank you all for the time and dedication! Went in just for an oil change and 2 new tires. I’ve been to other Hyundai dealerships where it took what seemed like forever. But it was done very very quickly. The service person I worked with was great but actually all three of the people at the service desk were friendly, professional, and frankly you could tell they were enjoying their jobs. While I was waiting to get my paperwork my husband was out on the showroom floor looking at a new 2023 Santa Cruz. The sales person was great too. We test drove two and before you knew it my husband bought the Santa Cruz in the showroom and traded in his Sonata. We are Hyundai customers for life but also Rick Case customers for life but forgot sales, service, whatever you need go to Rick Case.
