Tameeka Royster is THE BEST! She came up to the front and greeted me, we sat and talked about what I came in to look at and why, and what my goal was to make it make sense for my budget. Smart, professional, personable and kind, I felt like we had been friends for years. Thank you for being there on a Sunday and assisting me with the purchase of my RAV4! I received an oil change service at a Toyota dealer. The oil change work was completed within an hour, and I was able to wait comfortably and comfortably in the waiting room inside the dealership while the worker worked. I will receive service here again next time.

Paul Kim took really great care of me! He explained in detail any issues with my car and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything (which is crucial for me as a woman at a car dealership)! I will definitely be making the drive to come here for my services even though I live pretty far. Highly recommend!

My advisor, David, took care of me like I was family to him. He was very polite, prompt, and very clear with everything he did and said. For him to go above and beyond to do what he does, that's some crazy good customer service on his part. You guys really should go to David if you need any service done! He's personable and I hope AutoNation takes care good care of him. This man is going places!

Everything went as expected on getting the oil changed. The only thing that could be improved upon is the amount of time it took. Nearly 2 hours is a long time, but the waiting room is comfortable.

Bought a used vehicle from here and traded in another vehicle in the process. Salesman was great and the experience was alright overall but the finance manager said my trade in vehicle would be paid off in 9 days. This was not true. Over 3 weeks later my bank sent me multiple letters threatening to charge me with a late fees because I had not paid my car payment. I had to contact autonation to get things "fixed"... still waiting to hear back as they promised to keeep me updated (4 days ago). My bank has received no info on payment as of this post and I will currently be charged late fees.

Updated review - 11/16/2023, Shannon Wread is the best service advisor I've ever had. I can always rely on her to thoroughly and clearly explain everything going on with my car, what service steps are next, which are most important to complete now, which can wait and she always applies the best price possible. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else. Thank you Shannon for having my best interests in mind and for always conducting yourself with professionalism and excellence! I highly recommend taking your Toyota to Shannon at AUTONATION TOYOTA MALL OF GEORGIA! You won't regret it. Prior review: I have always had an excellent experience at Toyota Mall of Georgia. My service advisor, Shannon, is the absolute best. I don't ever feel like I'm being mislead in any way about the service I need for my vehicle. I've had my current Camry for almost 12 years now and it still runs great. It is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I have taken all of them to this dealership for all service, since long before they became Autonation. I will continue going here because I continue to be treated right. Plus, you can't beat a Toyota. Best cars I've ever owned!

Audric was AMAZING! He was friendly, empathic, and very easy to talk to. Frantz handled the financial part and he was equally as pleasant. I felt heard and cared about. They really wanted to make sure I felt happy and comfortable. I never felt pressured to make a decision. If I could give more stars I would.
