A dealership is some where I have never had to go for service and Milton Ruben happened to be the first place I called to service my 97 Chevy Silverado and I'm so glad I did! They were great especially Michael and Frank.

Very professional and prompt staff with all services. Although John Nash is an magnificent salesmen. He acknowledges me EVERY visit and assures that i receive the BEST service. This is our third purchase from John Nash in two years. He is the best I have ever dealt with. Carl did a fantastic job with the financing. I think of Milton Ruben as the Chick-Fil-A of car dealerships.would not hesitate to refer someone. In fact I have told many people about the quality of your dealership.

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. It felt like Mike and the rest of the staff were going to do whatever they possibly could to get us in the car we wanted. It wasnt just about selling a car but getting us the features we wanted plus more. Everyone was friendly and they actually listened to our request and stayed in those parameters. highly recommend Milton Ruben along with Mike and the rest of the staff to anyone looking to purchase a car.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Traverse from Taylor Stone. He was very helpful in explaining the vehicle's features and arranging our payments. Taylor was very patient and professional. We would highly recommend him to friends. Taylor took the time to show us around the dealership so that we would be comfortable when we come back for service. He even paired my phone with the car so that I was ready to enjoy the features of the Traverse as soon as we left. My husband and I were very happy with the whole experience.

I recently went with my daughter to Milton Ruben Toyota and due to the positive experience with the Sale Rep Tracy Reddick, I spoke with my wife and we visited the Milton Chevrolet the very next day. We were introduced to Michael Johnston and purchased a 2015 Tahoe. Both Sale Rep were very knowledgeable about the vehicles each was questioned about. They never were pushy about a sale, always professional and kind and assisted us in every step of the process until we drove away in our new vehicles. We will always suggest/recommend Milton Ruben to anyone who asks.

Come prepared it makes life easier

Even though I made it very easy with my own financing and a vehicle that I made money on and by the way I gave them a 1 hour timeline to get this done and they accomplished it. Yes I would have walked out if they passed the time limit. Excellent job from Mr. Cain and Mr. Wilson getting this done. Although finance tried a little shady issue with the 100 deductible at signing I was happy with the outcome and would recommend them.

Milton Ruben Purchase of 2014 Chevrolet Spark

The wife and I were looking at purchasing a 2014 Chevy Spark. We contacted and visited several dealerships and were disappointed at the lack of inventory. It was then we decided to visit Milton Ruben Chevrolet in Augusta, GA. Michael Johnston at Milton Ruben Chevrolet treated us like we wanted to be treated. He listened patiently as we described what we were looking for and then he guided us through the myriad of options open to us---gladly allowed us to test drive several models---and the whole time was so relaxed which made us relaxed. Wholeheartedly recommend Michael! He really made this purchase an absolute pleasure, whereas in our experience (and quite possibly what others have experienced) past car purchases at other dealerships more than likely turn out to be an arduous and soul-deflating task---this was definitely not the case with Michael Johnston at Milton Ruben Chevrolet. We've been singing his praises (therefore, Milton Ruben's) to friends and family at home, work, and church. Thank you, Michael! Thank you, Milton Ruben Chevrolet. We will be back!

Amazing customer service

My advisor Brian Smith, treated me very well from the moment I explained that I need an oil change. He expressed concern about a clicking noise from my motor. He asked for permission to have his techs to check it out and I agreed. He kept me well informed of the techs finding and because I bring my vehicle for all service to your service dept. Quickly put me in a rental and told me exactly what was to happen and when I can expect the work to be completed. Brian went above and beyond with customer service and I appreciate everything that he has done for me ensuring my vehicle was repaired appropriately and provided great accommodations. I was blown away by the customer service he provided. He has always been great when I would bring in my vehicle but this is the first time I had to leave my vehicle for a couple of days due to extensive work that was required. I will going forward ensure that I request Brian because he was so amazing.
