I had an unexpected incident while on a weekend trip to Atlanta. Being 6 hrs from home, I called World Toyota to see if they could fit my car with 4 new tires. They were great to work me into their busy schedule and get 4 new tires and an alignment and got me back on the road in just a few hours. I highly recommend this dealership and service department.

No one acknowledged me when I pulled in for my appointment. After standing there for 10 minutes I finally asked someone for help. Also no one pulled up my car when the service was completed. Again I had to ask an advisor where my car was located.

2023 Toyota Tundra Problems

I brought my new tundra in only 13k miles because it was driving rough and shaking at ideal. They noticed a coolant hose leak. I attempted to drive home and the problem was actually worse. Mechanic said the engine was overheating because low fluid but no alerts or dashboard warnings came on. Plus now my power steering line seems to have a leak because it’s almost empty and I haven’t driven 20miles since I left the dealership.
