My Corsair

The dealership staff (sales, service and parts) ensured the experience was worth me walking into their facility. They definitely have the customer in mind. Trust me, I cross checked other dealerships and believe the price was fair to both parties. There was total transparency throughout the process.

Horrible

They weren't upfront about issues with the car. Once the issues were noticed, within 2 days, they wanted me to pay over $1000 to get it fixed, stating that was at cost. Sold me a car without a key asking me to drive over 1 hour one way to get a replacement key. Supposed to get some touch up paint but doubt I will ever see that either. By far the worst car buying experience of my life. Staff is friendly as they are wedging the knife deep in your back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all cost. I am going to make it my personal goal to spread the word of my experience. If I can save just 1 person from going here it will be worth it.

Awful Experience. Beware

Nothing went well. Everyone will know about how unprofessional and simply pathetic the experience I had at Hennessy Ford. Long story short. I inquired about a truck you had in inventory. Had multiple back and forth conversations with Earston regarding the truck. I actually came to the dealership with the intent to work out a deal to buy, and come to find out the truck had been sold. So, knowing very well the truck had been sold, I was still led to believe it was available and when confronted, was told I could "build" something to match. Fine, I get it. So, I continued to work on a deal for both a trade in and negotiate a purchase. Back and forth again, we landed and agreed on a deal. So, working with credit/ finance department one day to get everything run and ready to go. Show up at the dealership the next day only to be introduced to Jonas who had no prior knowledge of the financing and terms I had already agreed to. So once he rushed through the paperwork, it was realized that it all had to be done again. Jonas was nice and cordial, but was very rushed, ecstatic, and kind of all over the place. Somewhat of a weird experience. So, then it was arranged that I would leave the truck (after paying) and the new wheels and tires would be installed. So, Monday 9/9 the truck was purchased and paid for. Wednesday 9/11, I was never notified until I called to check the status but told the truck was ready to pick up. Showed up to the dealership and right off the bat noticed the tires that were installed were the wrong tires. I was not happy considering the lack of communication prior to this, but understood accidents happen. So, talked with Tim and Earston and they assured me they would have it taken care of and they would order the tires right away that day. The deal was to take the truck since I was leaving town early the next morning and then drop off on Monday morning and they would just swap the new tires out. Not a problem. Again, I understand, not a great experience, but things happen. Monday 9/16, 9 am I show up to drop off the truck to have the tires changed. I was given a brand new truck to drive in the interim and was told it wouldn't be long to pick up. I was appreciative of that, but to be honest, that was somewhat expected at this point. The truck I was given only had 8 miles to empty, so I put some gas in. Monday 9/16 goes by and no phone call. Tuesday 9/17, starting to wonder so I give a call to Tim and check on status, after all, if the tires were ordered the previous Wednesday, it should have been in and easy to change out. So, finally get in touch with Tim and he can not give me a straight answer and tells me its probably going to be another day. I don't own a tire shop, but one would imagine it shouldn't take 7 days to get tires in. That's when It was explained that the tires were never ordered when I told they were. They were not ordered until Monday 9/16 When I dropped the truck off. Again, super disappointed, frustrated, but understanding. So, Wednesday 9/18 rolls around, Tim is off, so I call Earston to check on the status who has no idea of the situation. He says he is checking. n hour goes by and then I call again. Come to find out, its still not ready and will probably be another day. This is when I could take no more. I am a tame person and deal with homeowners all the time buying multi million dollar homes and I know how people can be demanding, but I could no longer control my frustrations. I let your sales team and managers have it. So, finally I was assured everything was going to be ready Thursday 9/19 morning ready to be picked up at 9 am. Detailed and full of gas which it was already clean since I had not really drove it since I bought it and already had a full tank of gas. Never the less, I show up This morning (Thurs 9/19) and low and behold, yet the wrong tires once again. I lost it. How in the world does something as simple as a tire become the hardest task to manage? That's when I realized I was dealing with staff that was not good at their job, poorly supervised, and just overall incompetent sales staff and team. So, when confronted, I was told I could leave my truck again and they would get it right. Not a chance on hell I was leaving my brand new truck I bought 10 days ago to the idea of once again having another issue. So, Jeff Ashburry asked me what Hennessy should do? How am I supposed to know what your company should do when they make the overall experience a nightmare? We finally came to terms and he was going to cut a check for $500. So I am expecting that in the mail. Honestly, I don't care about the money which is evident when I bought a $70k truck. Whats $500 from $70k. So, as I usually refrain from writing long winded reviews and understand how reviews make and break small and local business, this will not go unheard everyone I know will hear of this experience.

Fantastic experience. My company has all of our cars serviced at Hennessy, which is always satisfactory. Very glad to see the improvements with new ownership. Ray Lacomba took excellent care of me, and I came to him after he took care of my grandmother. I'm ecstatic about how well I was taken care of, and the deal that I got. 2004 convertible mustang

Unfortunately, my son totaled his 2004 convertible mustang, 40th year anniversary!! Thank god there were no injuries but he was heart broken because that was his dream car. I went on the Internet looking for a 2004 mustang. I was pleasantly surprised when I found the exact same mustang at Hennessey Ford. Same color, year and 40th year anniversary!! The salesman called me within minutes of filling out my info to see if the car was still available. He was very nice and informative about the car. My son is thrilled that he has his car back!! The manager was also very nice and bent over backwards for us to get a good deal!!

Great Manager Poor Sales Person

The sales guy was really new and because of that he did not inspire security. This is my first Ford. His lack of knowledge about my car and Ford didn't make me feel comfortable. I had issues with my new car and to get traction on my issue I had to speak to a manager. Amber is amazing and she helped me to get my issues resolved. I live 2 hours away and I chose Hennessey. I love my car.

Best New Vehicle Experience Ever F-150 XLT Supercrew

Purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew. Shopped and requested price quotes from 3 separate Ford dealerships in the Chattanooga TN area. Then I found the answer, Hennessy Ford Lincoln in Atlanta. Everyone, from every department was super to work with. I read an article before starting the process to purchase a new vehicle. In the article, it stated to remind yourself that these people work for you, if your not satisfied, fire them and walk away. The team at Hennessy Ford acted like they worked for me: General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, and the finance team. Incredible! Looking for a Sales Consultant? Ask for Walter Dancy. It was worth every mile I had to drive from Chattanooga, TN to Atlanta. I will make my next vehicle purchase at one of the Hennessy dealerships. Do not shop at Marshal Mize Ford in Chattanooga.
