Exceptional Customer Service

Kim Cates is the main reason I have driven Mercedes for years. She is the absolute best service advisor and always goes above and beyond my expectations. Not only is she an absolute delight to work but she and the staff at RBM of Alpharetta understand and exemplify excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Kim Cates!

Happy service

I just had my first annual service for my new C. It was a very smooth process. I had Andrei Bucatari as my new service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

CPO Warranty

When purchasing a CPO a few years back, I was NOT told that there were "accessories" on the vehicle that were not covered by the CPO. This in itself is beyond being deceitful and should be told to anyone purchasing a CPO that certain "accessories" are not covered. Case in point, the lighting that says Mercedes when opening and closing the door is NOT COVERED as it is an accessory. When I spoke to Peter Leavy, General Sales Manager, who said he would look into it and get back to me, I waited 2 weeks and called him back and he was in a meeting. About 1/2 hour later, he called back and told me that I was told that it was not covered under the CPO and I was 100% correct in telling him that I was never told what "part of the car" was not covered under the CPO Program. My suggestion is simple--DON'T BUY A MERCEDES CPO unless you know what is actually covered. This light they tell me was $1500--Incredible. I guess that's another lesson in knowing what "Accessories" are on your vehicle--it will be costly if you don't know it up front. Steve Fagiano

Super Service Experience

Have been going to RBM of Alpharetta for 6 years now with 4 separate cars and always excellent work. Our service writer is Teresa Cox and one could not ask for a better one. She is, without doubt, the best.

Worth the travel distance

I live over 60 miles from RBM of Alpharetta, so it my seem strange that I would travel so far for Service and to purchase a car. I am a "certifies car nut" as such I am particular about who touches my vehicles. For some time now, David Kalinkiewicz is the only person allowed to touch my wife's 1994 E320 Cabriolet Mercedes-Benz. Recently there was some issue with the car, I was provided with a loaner while the car was repaired. In addition to the original problem, 3 things that were starting to fail were found. I was given an explanation, an expected time frame before repairs would be needed as well as a price for repairing now. All 3 items were not expensive so I had all 3 repaired wile there. The mechanic, service adviser and service manager all greeted me. It was truly a pleasure

Excellent!

I purchased my MB C300 from RBM pre-owned and the service department detailed the car so well that you could not tell that is was pre-owned. I had to take it later for scheduled service and the car was washed and vacumed so well that it looked like new again. Great attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction. First class place all the way from the lobby to the service bays (which are so clean that look like a hospital)
