I’ve bought two vehicles from Audi of WPB because I love the Audi brand. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service at Audi of WPB, I’ve decided that my next vehicle will be a Lexus. Somehow, I managed to survive two highly uncomfortable purchasing experiences where I was literally assailed for several hours by a team of 4 [non-permissible content removed] bent on shamelessly maximizing profits by constantly manipulating the numbers and pushing unnecessary, overpriced bogus extras on the customer. The service department was this dealership’s saving grace for a while, but gradually they got just as bad and ruthless as the sales division. My negative experiences over the years at Audi of WPB are too many to list here (I do have a detailed, well-documented history if anyone is interested), so I will just relate the most recent experience that occurred when I sent my 2018 Audi S4 for routine yearly service: Audi of WPB failed to wash, clean or sanitize my vehicle as requested by the customer and as promised and advertised by Audi of WPB. This level of negligence puts into question the entirety of the service requested, and makes the customer wonder whether or not the service items listed on the final invoice were in fact performed at all. If Audi WPB fails to perform the most basic, easily identifiable task (car wash), and still lists it in the invoice as ‘done’, how can a customer be sure that any of the subtler and more difficult to verify tasks were actually performed? Sadly, it has been my experience that this very low level of customer service is the norm rather than the exception at Audi of WPB.
