2021 Honda CR-V

My wife and I after struggling for days to find a good place to buy a car requested an online quote from AutoNation Honda in Sanford. With in 5 minutes I received a text from Manny asking if we would like any more information or better yet if we wanted to come in for a test drive. We did go in but could not make it until 7pm. Manny was so patient even as it got later into the evening and not only found us a car we wanted but we were able to drive it home shortly after the lot closed. I plan on giving Mannys name to anyone who asks.

Luxury car for an affordable price

Honda AutoNation in Sanford was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and no high-pressure sales tactics. We purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, and it is a luxury vehicle at an affordable price. They took care of all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. We were in and out in no time. Our salesman Justin was awesome. I highly recommend this dealership.

Beyond Expectations

I received a message on my dashboard that I had an “Emissions Problem”. As it happened I was foreign to the area and did not want to wait the week before driving back to my local dealer. The service tech Jorge was excellent in his assistance. Not only did he follow up to ensure the issue was resolved but also he followed up on my extended and took care of a factory recall as well. I can’t say enough about just how helpful he was.

Engine making a noise !

Engine was making a funny noise so I called for an appointment. My service advisor Travis Bussin knew what the problem was as soon as pulled in to the service bay. The car was fixed in no time and I was on my way.

Replacing headlights

I was given brand new headlights for my 2009 Honda CR-V. I wasn’t sure Honda would install them. They did! A little pricey but they had to drop the bumper. Now my car looks almost brand new! And Travis, as usual, is helpful, so pleasant and professional!

Autonation Honda in Sanford Florida is the best dealership to go to for any maintenance and work on your car the staff there is very friendly and helpful everytime I go there no matter the time I wait I’m always very comfortable and relax as my car is getting its maintenance update every employee I’ve had always gave me the best service and advice for my car I don’t remember every name but I’m positive every person I’ve seen there was always there to help me I would most definitely recommend this dealership than any other dealership around them or in the area bless the people and the store manager there and as a regular loyal customer as long as I’m driving a Honda my car is not going to any other dealership very grateful for the team

Price gouging

Yesterday I took my car into AutoNation Honda in Sanford because I was hearing a noise that sounded like it was coming out from underneath the hood. It turns out that it was a bad wheel bearing. I was quoted a price of $1152. I told them not to touch the car. I called another dealership in Jacksonville and was quoted a price of $762 for the same service. I told Autonation on the Sanford the price discrepancy and told them I would take my car to Jacksonville for the service. The service writer, Travis, to his credit, went to a manager to see if they would match the price. They instantly did. I had the service done there, and it was done well. However, the pricing situation is making me question if I will ever step foot in that dealership again. I understand things are expensive, but a difference of $400 for the same service to me is unconscionable.

I went to Honda for an oil change, I knew there were many more services needed on the car at this point. The Pandemic interrupted my service intervals badly. I work two-part times jobs at this point and cannot do everything at once, I apologized to my service advisor that I had to do these when I could and not all at once. He said it was more important that I got them done when I could rather than not at all, He didn't make me feel bad about the position I was in, I will never forget this, and will return for all my services at Autonation Honda, Thank you.

Best Service Experience Ever

From the moment I arrived to have my Civic serviced for the first time, I was greeted by an extremely friendly and enthusiastic service team member. He got my name and had my service advisor updated in minutes so I could drop my car off. My car’s service was completed in under an hour and for the first time ever I was explained the maintenance requirements for my car. I did not purchase my car from them originally which I now know was a mistake. Everyone was so nice and made me feel like a very valued customer. I will definitely continue to get all my service done there. I will also be using them when my lease is up for my next car.
