Phil Smith Acura - Professional Service with Personable Customer Treatment

Your Service Manager Gibson Eickman is a professional, personable expert who has handled my aging 2003 Acura (145,000 miles) on 3 servicing visits. Multipoint inspection, brake job, major a/c fix, windshield washer lines, rear brake lights activator switch. Every repair clearly explained to me with the cost, mindful of my limited senior citizen budget. Gibson is a quality person who cares about the service he provides and I am very grateful for keeping my Acura on the road.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I am a regular service customer and leased my 2nd Acura there and I have never had a bad experience. The waiting area is also nice/comfortable/clean. Same with the restrooms. Coffee machine is an appreciated touch.
