Crown Honda is awesome! I recently bought my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid from there. I was browsing vehicles but I was in no immediate rush to buy. I went to Crown simply to test drive the new vehicle. Joseph Sutnick ("Joey") provided excellent service in showing me the different trims, and having me test drive the vehicle. Since I wanted to visit a few other dealerships and test drive other vehicles (ex. Toyota), I didn't feel like I was ready to go in the dealership and spend a long time discussing finances etc. Joey wasn't pushy at all like other dealers are; all he did was ask for any contact info so he can send me more info about the car and if i was interested, take care of all the negotiating ONLINE without having to step in the dealership. That was awesome! I went home that weekend, I opened the link, it showed me the vehicle with the OUT THE DOOR price on whatever trim I wanted, and any questions I had I could text him. Since everything was transparent and I feel like I could trust Joey, we went over everything online, and even decided on the trade-in value of my current car online as well. Unexpectedly, 3 days later I found myself in the dealership and within 30mins Ieft very happy with my new car, and no last minute tricks were made to try to add more costs. Long story short, Joey was awesome and so was the staff at Crown Honda, and they made my car purchase EASY and hassle free! I was worried about spending hours in a dealership like i had done in the past, but i cant highly recommend Crown Honda enough! I look forward to getting my car serviced there!

We went to several other dealers and felt like they weren’t listening to us and were just trying to sell us a car, or even just ignoring us. Another wonderful experience at Crown Honda. I went to my local Honda to get another Honda Civic, and the local dealership wanted to play games regarding price. Having been through the dealership car buying process over 10 times in the last 15 years, I can honestly say this has been the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! The sales manager, John Ancona, went above and beyond to earn our business. No gimmicks. No unnecessary "advantage" packages like you'll find at other shady dealerships in the area. Just straight forward, transparent pricing from start to finish. The sales consultant, Taylor Davis, was extremely efficient and courteous with us throughout the entire experience and made sure we were on the road in a little over an hour. Recently I inquired about a car that was listed on the facebook marketplace and when I responded to the ad I was greeted to the probably the worst salesman in the industry. This salesman was clearly not interested in trying to work a deal and instead decided to be rude and sarcastic. I do not recommend anyone using this dealer because if a simple salesman acts this way who knows what the other staff is like. I am a serious cash buyer and was interested in this vehicle but now I will never bring my business to this dealer and I recommend you do the same. The name of of the sales person was Joey Sutnick. Again, take your business elsewhere.

4 words.... They don't play games... I dealt with Zackery Zinn at first very responsive online, then spoke with the sales manager John, worked well with me and straight to the point of no hassles like at other dealerships,. Then because I couldn't arrive until later in the evening my information got sent over to Michael Tan, awesome guy. The greatest thing about this whole experience was we were all on the same page.
