Being in sales myself I know how important customer service is. More important than having a sale is having a satisfied customer. That's exactly what Steve accomplished. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, informative and took a lot of time to help us with our car buying process. We are first time BMW owners and Steve took the time to educate us about our new car. We left several other dealers without purchasing a car due to the salesperson. Steve is definitely our go to guy. We would highly recommend Steve if you are looking for a top notch car salesman.
Sales Experience at Ferman BMW

The professionalism and expertise of Alex (client advisor) is what made me decide to purchase a BMW. His knowledge of the BMWs is equivalent to the engineers that built the cars. If anyone is reading this review trying to decide if they should do business with Ferman BMW, just walk in and ask for help and the rest will take care of itself. I have never written a review before but my experience was so great I felt it was necessary. Thumbs up all the way!

I was doing some research on-line for a new car for my wife. She had a large V-8 engine Lexus SUV and she wanted to stay with an SUV, but a smaller model. We had several responses to inquiries from local dealers, but the dealer that was the most aggressive, and seemingly motivated, was Ferman BMW. Brianne Selfsick at their call center didn't give up until we made contact. Although they were located in Palm Harbor, we set up an appointment to drive over there to view a BMW X3. We were met by Brian Gaines. Brian was very low key. He knew, and thoroughly communicated, the features and benefits of both the specific car model we were interested in, and what he felt set BMW apart from the competition. My wife found an X3 xDrive 28i with the exterior color, leather interior trim color, and options, she wanted on their lot. The negotiation went smoothly with Brian offering a very fair trade in on our car. After the sale was completed, Brian took the time to explain as much about the operation of the car's various features as out brains would allow. He then got us in contact with their BMW "Tech Genius", Sam Watts . We returned a few days later for an appointment with Sam and he walked us through how to use all the cutting edge technology the car had to offer. I would like to add that the meeting we had with their finance manager was also no-pressure. He outlined the various warranty packages available and the costs and benefits and left it for us to decide. Every member of the Ferman team we dealt with at the dealership was respectful and professional from the receptionist right on up. Way to go Ferman ! My wife loves this new BMW X3. We would definitely recommend Brian Gaines and the Ferman BMW Dealership to friends and family.

Got a Great Deal from an Exceptional Sales Advisor

My purchase of a 2016 BMW 535i GT was the second BMW I purchased from Ferman BMW of Palm Harbor. The buying experience I enjoyed with my sales advisor, Brian Gains, for the first car made me seek out Brian for my current purchase. All sales advisors are knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. However, what sets Brian apart was how he made me feel like I was his most important customer. Questions were answered and pricing discussion continued even on his day off (got a great deal!!). Without hesitation, I will seek out Brian when it is time to buy my third BMW.

My first BMW

We had no intentions of buying a vehicle that Sunday we drove into Ferman BMW. My wife and I parked and casually strolled around the lot looking at cars. Not immediately but rather in the appropriate amount of time a sales person, Brian Gains, came out to greet us. We were immediately put at ease by his demeanor. We looked at few different types of BMWs, X1, X3 and X5, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We weren't looking to purchase a new vehicle but rather a slightly used, "certified" vehicle. Brian took us to a used X5 with low mileage. We went for a test drive and fell in love with the car. Inside the office, Brian was very attentive and did all the running around, back and forth, to the manager. We settled on a deal and were out of there in a short period of time. The whole experience was very satisfying. Since the purchase Brian has been in touch with us a number of times making sure we were satisfied with the purchase and emailing me a couple of hints and sites I could go to for help. And yes, I do have the "BMW Genius" phone number. All and all I would recommend Brian and Ferman BMW to anyone who wanted a really good buying experience. Sincerely, Thomas J. & Karen E. Barry

I went in looking to make my first bmw purchase, I didn't know a thing about them. Kenny was my salesperson and I have to say he knows his stuff! He got me into a beautifully preowned. I had left some items in the car that I traded, I have him a quick call to see if they could be retrieved. Kenny called me back promptly and let me know he had them! If you are going to look for a car go down and talk to Kenny! You won't be disappointed!

The whole experience at Ferman BMW was perfect! I selected my 2017 X6 and in just 4 weeks it came from the factory just the way I wanted it. The followup and attention I got from the sales person, Steve Phillips, was impeccable! Then when I picked it up Sam Watts showed me all of the details with great care. It was the first car they got that had the new Apple Carplay and he spent time learning it all before I arrived so he could show me all of the cool features. They have earned a long time customer! Went in with a trade Alex Wolf got me top dollar and into a very clean 3 series. Mr. Wolf was extremely knowledgeable on the bmw product line, helping me pick out the correct car. Also to finish out the process super tech wizard pro Sam Watts gave a very thorough crash course on the workings of all the technology in the car. Would highly recommend going in to make your next/first BMW purchase/lease!

Highly Knowledgeable - Kenneth Russell

This was my first visit to Ferman BMW. I had planned to meet with a Sales Manager I had spoken to over the phone the previous day, but when I arrived I learned he was out until late morning. At that point I was introduced to Kenneth Russell. I was at first disappointed that I could not meet with the Sales Manager, but after spending 5 minutes with Kenneth, I was glad that things worked out this way. Kenneth Russell is one of the brightest, knowledgeable BMW sales specialist I have ever met! Kenneth made my one hour trip to the dealership most worthwhile! I cannot say enough about my favorable experience!

Brian Gains was our salesman at Ferman BMW. He gave us excellent help. He listened, sincerely wanting to know what we were looking for. Then Brian spent the time to find the perfect car for us. He did not try to sell us on what we didn't want. He was extremely knowledgable about his product and always ready to help or answer questions.
