Unethical Business - Dishonest Dealer

We bought a car from this dealer over a month ago. We canceled the car Service Contract. This dealer refuses to refund the money and making up different excuses. It has been a nightmare trying to get the truth from these people.

Talk about shady!!!

I'd be very very careful dealing with these guys I bought a car from them and they slipped a service warranty in with the finance agreement, hiding it as though it was a higher interest rate. I found out and went back the very next day to correct it and was told that they couldn't do anything. Best avoided!

Bad services!!

I went there to see a car and the dealer Eduardo treat me and my wife like a nobody didn't even try to help us on the car that we wanna see and when was time to make the application he said that they bank was close and only tomorrow was available he promised me to call before 11 am and only call me at 3 pm to say was no approve and call another time at 5 pm to tell me that my credit was no approved. He don't even try to help us with another finance he said if u wanna call us back. I would tell all people about the bad customer services this Eduardo have and people to not go there anymore to see any car.

My best experience ever

I bought a MINI Countryman 2015 a couple of weeks ago. Our best experiencing ever in a dealership. Eduardo was a very nice and helpful sales associate. Our car cannot be better. I thank Eduardo and his manager for the kind of service, attention and price they gave us. Eduardo (Tampa area)

Above & Beyond

Quirt was our Salesman and Robert the Sales Manager were both great. I traveled all the way from Heathrow /Lake Mary to view a vehicle and was skeptical given the OBT address, however I was wrong. RPT had a huge inventory of high-end vehicles which helped tremendously as we were unsure exactly what we wanted. For high-end cars their selection was even better than CarMax. I negotiated hard to obtain the deal I wanted and Quirt and Robert were professional, fair and transparent in all of their dealings with me. You definitely owe it to yourself to visit RPT and specifically request Quirt or Robert. Happy Customer, Scott

Great Out of State Customer Service

I would like to begin by thanking Robert, and the Owner of this Dealership for their great customer service, and understanding of my being out of state. This was a wonderful experience all around. I found a vehicle through one of the main car sites online, and called Robert the next morning. He was very attentive to my requests, and needs because I could not physically be there to inspect the vehicle. We were able to come to an agreement over the phone, and with a down payment they agreed to hold the vehicle for two weeks until I could make my way to Orlando. I have purchased 4 cars in 5 years all from big dealers, and this was by far my best experience. Thanks again to the team at RPT Sales & Leasing.

Enjoy the Adventure

We had an excellent experience at RPT Sales and Leasing in Orlando. Rob was our sales person and he went over and above to make our experience a delight. He was honest and held the vehicle without a deposit as we came from out of town, upon arrival we were greeted and handed the keys. As we sat down the paperwork went smooth and they had us out quickly and efficiently. We will definitely recommend them to all who are looking to buy or lease. 2011 bmw m3

after noticing a gorgeous 2011 bmw m3 on rpt sales inventory i decided to call up and recieve more informastion on the vehicle, after speaking with robert redgate about the details i decided it was worth flying from rhode island to florida to check it out in person everything went exceptional smooth thanks to the help of robert, trying to believe what a salesperson is telling you over the phone is difficult although everything robert went over with me was accurate great experience overall

Wonderful experience!

There was no pressure, we didn't have to spend all day with sales and managers going back and forth, they were forthright and treated us very fairly. Well worth the 1,000 mile round trip to get a GREAT 2012 Cadillac Escalade

After searching for SUV's in the Myrtle Beach SC. area and having no luck I searched Cargurus and came across an awesome looking one at RPT. I talked with Gus over the phone and he put a GREAT deal together for me with the help of Frank his Financing guy. The trip one way was 500 miles and 8 hrs. but was well worth it. The vehicle was just as Gus explained it and there professional team had me in and out with my new truck in just over an hour. If your having trouble finding a vehicle in your local area, give them a call, they will be more than glad to find you, your vehicle that your looking for. As a fellow business owner, they treated me the way I treat my customers with total respect. Two thumbs up to GUS and the rest of the team at RPT.

When in Doubt, Should Walk Out

Arriving at around 13:30, I had driven 90+ miles to meet a lovely man, Travis, with whom I had been corresponding via e-mail. I was given coffee by another salesman while I waited, exhausted from the drive. I looked at, in, and around the vehicle and took it for an entertaining test drive with Travis. The vehicle was missing floor mats, needed a final detailing, but it also obviously needed 4 new tires. I was extremely concerned about that (bad experience with another dealer in ATL who also tried to send me back to Tampa with balding tires) and also since the vehicle is five years old--what else could be wrong under the hood? As I sat inside again, I was further entertained by another salesman who was full of smiles and giggles. I was given a bottle of water. I voiced my concerns to Travis and then to the GM Frank. Frank said he would find me floor mats. The vehicle of course would get a final detail. I wanted an inspection, at a Mini dealer (on my side of the Bay, it would have been free). Frank seemed stunned at first, declaring that the vehicle was fine. Of course I emphasized that I wanted to be sure and didn't want any problems down the line. But thankfully, Frank acquiesced and had another guy run the car down to Mini. There was no point in me leaving because I had traveled so far and it was rush hour, so I wasn’t going to get anywhere fast. I waited….watched…talked…laughed…went across the street with Travis to get myself dinner…and maybe around 19:30, the car was back. The report mentioned the obvious about the tires, but also an alignment, oil pump solenoid, oil service, spark plugs and brake fluid flush. If you stand by your vehicles, they shouldn’t need repair. If they do, you should fix it. Frank offered me a $250 discount for the tires (I originally thought he would just replace them since I wasn’t going to be able to go home with the vehicle that day anyway.) Burnt out, I nodded my head and he proceeded to work up the numbers. Instead of coming to show me the numbers he handed me off to the finance guy to sign the paperwork. I thought that was strange because I thought we would have a conversation about it first. I had brought a blank check from my credit union. When I got in the nice finance guy’s office, I asked him to hurry and show me the numbers. He asked, “You haven’t seen the numbers, yet?” I knew that was strange. But it was late and wanted to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that we were all tired together. Then again, I should have been the most tired. Travis gave me an expresso. The numbers reflected merely the discount of $250. The cost of the vehicle had been lowered by $200 on the website that day (after I was told that it had been recently lowered and that was probably as low as it was going to get). That was it. Burned out and disappointed, I signed everything just wishing for the day to be over, the search to be over, and hoping to be able to drive back home in the dark safely at 20:00. The best part about it was that Travis and another salesman are going to bring the vehicle to me. The worst part: no matter how nice people seem, GMs always appear to try to stiff you. I can’t even get a new set of tires for $250. I am even concerned about them making that long trip on those balding tires to deliver the vehicle to me. Every dealership I go to seems to stiff women who are unaccompanied. I hope not to be in the vehicle market for a long time.

Terrible Service

I had a very unpleasant experience at RPT. My first experience was better because of a man named Andrew he was very helpful, kind, and very humble. He was a pleasant and very easy going individual, and I was really looking forward to doing business with him! However, my second time coming I was taken care of by a guy named Cole! He was very rude and obnoxious!!!! He only cared about getting me in a car that I was only prepared to look at. Let alone make a huge purchase as such! He made smart remarks when asked about the car that I was attempting to look at. As soon as we got in the car for a test drive he was VERY short and nonchalant. Although it was not the particular car I wanted, but I was still very interested in the features and more concerning the car. He COMPLETELY turned me off from even considering buying the car. He was just all around rude the entire time we were on our test drive. I would not recommend him as a sales representative. Just because of this terrible experience, I behoove anyone who is thinking or considering taking their business to RPT to think twice. There are a plethora of other businesses (Mercedes) who in my opinion would be more helpful to you!
