Replacing Gloria plugs

There was a recall on glow plugs. I have had to go for replacements 5 times instead of taking care of them all at once. This has put a huge burden on me unnecessarily. There are only 2 left to replace so I guess I will have to make 2 more trips.

The service is always above what is expected. I am greeted by name when I walk in and service is started promptly. This particular time, my car was finished and brought around to me when the manager noticed that I had a brake light out in the back. He wouldn't let me leave until is was replaced....right at that moment.....and at no cost. It is definitely hard to find these kind of people in the business world anymore. Thanks Gordon Chevrolet.

Excellent Customer Service!

We drove from DeFuniak Springs to Orange Park Florida, almost 5 hour drive, for one purpose. To pick up my 2014 GMC Terrain. Mike and Bruce in used cars were great! The entire staff was very nice, welcoming, honest and overall easy to work with. My husband and I search for several weeks for a diesel and after several dealerships and sour deals we were so happy to end up at Gordon. I would recommend Gordon Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My husband loves his diesel 2500! Ask for Mike Porter!

We were searching for a car for the past few weeks, and finally decided to make a purchase on Saturday 4/16/16. We started on the Southside and drove all around the city driving multiple cars. For a few days prior, Jackie Nasworthy was communicating with us about a Chevy Tahoe that caught our eye. She continued to communicate throughout the week, and also Saturday am. We truly felt she truly cared that we came to Gordon Chevrolet and purchased the car we were interested in. Thanks Jackie for all the communication - it really did matter to us! The bottom line, we got real busy, and the traffic was bad in town, and we were pushing the envelope to make the dealership in Orange Park. We contacted them around 3pm to make sure the car was still there. Then again around 530p, we called and said we were in route, but were going to be real close to making the it before the 6pm closing time. At 555pm, I called again, and Bruce Hadley answered. We explained our time predicament, and that we drove cars all day and had a feeling that Gordon had the car we wanted. When we pulled up at 610pm - Bruce was standing there and said - "Come on In - our Manager, Mike and I agreed to stick around and make sure you get to drive this car, and if you want it, we will get it ready to drive away today." Long story short - we drove away with that Tahoe at 815pm. Thanks Jackie, Bruce and Mike for your Over and Above Effort! PS - On Monday my wife called Mike and indicated we had noticed a small ding in the windshield when we drove away. Mike told us to bring it in and they will replace it. Boom. No questions asked. That is Awesome Customer Service! Thanks guys. We will No Doubt be buying our next car from Bruce and the Gordon Chevrolet Team. Chris and Beth Ann Long

The guys were great at Gordon Chevrolet. I was disappointed to find that my truck makes the noise due to an oil pump and that it cant be fixed but glad that it wasn't a serious problem. I hope that GM does something to correct this in their future models. They downloaded the software to correct the recall in my truck as well.
