Finally! A Jeep Dealership that Doesn't Rip You Off

I've owned my Wrangler for about a year now and finally found a dealership that doesn't waaaaay overcharge, add service you don't need, or add fees that are CRAZY! Well over $20 cheaper just for oil change and tire rotation than dealerships further down US19. And, they finished the service in the time promised. Not the case elsewhere. No need to shop around. Start here... you won't regret it.

Service writer was great as was the driver providing transportation. The person who scheduled the appointment should be more knowledgeable as it was suggested that I wait for the repair. When I got there I was told it woul be 2 1/2 hours

ABS Module Replacement

My ABS warning light began coming on intermittently for a while and would go off after driving, which was irritating but evidently did not affect the manual breaking system. When the light came on and did not go off I called the dealer on Monday and was given an appointment the next day where they checked the truck over and fixed the issue while I was waiting.

Ferman Jeep made our repair on our Grand Cherokee go smoothly and painless. Courtney kept us up to date on all phases of the repair, from dealing with my warranty company, to how long it would take to complete the repair and brought to our attention a few small things, like the rear wiper being torn and needing replaced. At no time did they ever pressure me or try to upsell additional services. We are very happy with Ferman and would definitely come back & recommend them.
