So we got a car from Ferman in Tampa awhile back and were satisfied. For no particular reason, when it came time for our next purchase, we just shopped whoever had the vehicle we were after... End of story, dealt with car dealerships that make Matilda's dad look like an honest man, ended up back and Ferman. The process was as painless as possible.

I’ve been shopping for a new Wrangler for over 6 months and Ferman was the only dealership that had exactly what I wanted. Dan was our salesman and was great. Very knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. He got me a really good deal and well it was worth the 2.5 hour drive from Orlando. It did not feel like all my previous car buying experiences.

Mike at Ferman Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Ram in New Port Richey, FL was the best Car salesman I ever dealt with going all the way back when I was 15 years old and a Restricted Driver. That was 40 years ago. I felt very comfortable with Mike and his entire staff, heck they got both my kids some popcorn before I purchased a vehicle. lizzie lim and Mr Hass were very knowledgeable, cheerful and helpfull .As well as Scott Poth i dont think the dealership realizes that some of us older customers dont carry a cell phone continiously, or want to maintain a close relationship as far as sales/trending downloads, but everything was great with the sales staff, we live 60 miles away so we wont service with them, but we drave a long way to make a deal when dealerships nearby ran us off or discounted our buying ability by our looks, Ferman Didnt !! we were treated with respect, our new Bighorn crewcab 1500 turbo diesel got 27 mpg coming home!!

I bought my 2015 Jeep Compass from them and had a great experience and brought it in for an oil change and decided to look at a 2020 Jeep Compass. Walked out with a brand new 2020 Jeep Compass and couldn't have been happier. It was so easy and effortless. It was a great buying experience for me.
