I would like to thank Michael Williams and Seth for focusing on what is ultimately important- the customer. I have had a CX5 in the past and i regret exchanging it. I attempted to purchase another one a few days ago and was bringing negative equity with me. After Michael patiently helped me look for my new CX5 Seth worked on the price points for my monthly payments. They were too high, i realized at this time with bringing on so much negative equity form my car it was not the right time to get my CX5. Seth and Michael noticed me struggling with this decision and unfortunately noticed me crying they realized also it was not the right move for me to get into the new car at this time. They both worked to get me back into my car that i was going to trade in and reassured me when i am in a better position to come back and they can get me back into my dream car. These gentlemen did not pressure me and focused on what was important- the customer not the sale. Thank you gentlemen a loyal future Mazda CX5 driver

Buying my Miata from Boniface-Heirs reminded me of car purchases from long ago. I asked and was able to talk to ONE person for the entire purchase. No salesman to Manager to Sales Manager or the experiences my friends have endured. Good job Boniface-Heirs and to Jon my salesperson.

Salesman was very nice, general manager was very nice, they did not honor the deal that was discussed on the phone, and they tried to switch out the car I wanted for a more expensive car. I had to argue to get them to find the car i originally called about. All was going good until the GM went home, then the sales manager started to change things. I got the car, very nice, the finance dept was great, the salesman was great. Sales manager not so great.

I had a great experience buying my car. Daniel was awesome and met us right as we arrived. We had a few cars in mind, and he asked all the right questions to make sure I got the car to fit my needs. I looked at both the m6 and m3 hatchback, but ended up going with the m3. I liked the get up and go as it has the same motor, but smaller body. Daniel was no pressure but made us feel valued and that he wasn't going to lose our business. He was friendly and let us take a couple test drives. The test drives sold me.

Buying a new car can be a hassle, but my sales person Michael made it easy as cherry pie! I already knew what I wanted & we came to an agreement in a very short time without a lot of dickering between managers. I like his enthusiasm & professionalism. If all the salespeople at Hiers Boniface Mazda are like Mike, then they must be doing well.

Rob Reese was great from the time he opened the door for us upon arrival. Very knowledgeable about both the CX 5 and 6 sedan. Was a tough decision between the two vehicles but we're happy with the 5. Have used it to haul brick, mulch etc with the help of a layed down paint sheet. Like the quietness and handling. The shakedown will happen the end of the month to Ohio. Like to give a shout to FrankLiquori as well. The cookies arrived today. Thanks so much. John
