I have been a BMW customer for many years, but the sales/service at Fields has always been awful. I decided to give Mercedes a try, and I wasn't disappointed. Frank was amazing, as was the whole sales team throughout the buying process. I am excited to become part of the Mercedes Benz family with my 2024 S580. I would definitely recommend a visit to MB of Orlando if you are in the market for a new car.

Don’t Honor What They Say

My sensor was not working. In the video they sent me, the tech clearly stated that they would replace it with the warranty. When it came down to replacing the sensor, the service manager reneged on what was promise. Everything has changed with this dealership. You don’t feel like you own a Mercedes car. I have been a customer since 2012. This was my 1st time getting this type of treatment. My advisor was good. He did everything he could to get them to change their decision.

Mercedes - a great luxury vehicle

I have owned Mercedes for many years and find no other vehicle can compare to the quality of the Mercedes. Safety is an important factor and it is structurally the safest car on the road, in my opinion.The craftsmanship is superb and all the features in the car speak quality, comfort, and beauty. The Mercedes staff and Reza, in Maitland were professional, welcoming, courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership. I love my new GLA!

Great Service Always.

I took my 2020 GLC 300 in for a service check prior to leaving on a 3000 mile roadtrip. The service provided was free. They checked all systems, topped off all fluids, checked brakes, battery, tires and washed and vacuumed it. My service manager, Mike Shaddik was courteous, friendly and professional, as always. I left on my trip reassured and comfortable. I could not ask for better care.

Safety Check

They always do a super service therefore a five star rating. However, ecerytime I take my Mercedes in for service or just a safety check, I tell them my heads up display turned off. Later after restarting the car it come back on. It's not a critical item for safe driving but it just bothers me that I have an option that does its own thing. They keep telling me they cannot replicate the problem. I drive the car more then they do and it keeps happening to me.
