Service is amazing!

We were in Florida on vacation and our Jeep got a flat tire on the way to Disney. We called the dealership and spoke to Jay and he was amazing!! He found he tire in their stock, and let us drop off the damaged tire. While we spent the day in Disney they took care of putting the new tire on the rim and mounted the tire for us when we brought the Jeep back. Jay took a horrible experience and made the process so easy. We cannot recommend this dealership enough. They took care of us and allowed us to enjoy our day in Disney.

Highly recommend!! Our Service Provider Jay was AMAZING!! He was professional, friendly and transparent throughout the process of our car being worked on. Jay was up front with cost and explained in detail everything that was done on our vehicle. Jay provided FIVE STAR SERVICE and made a stressful car situation less intimidating and upsetting. Previously with old management, I’d never recommend this place! Thank goodness Napleton now has a new service manager, Oscar. Definitely made changes and is a place where customers are taken care of. I see the changes and service levels are definitely exceeding standards. Thanks to Rafael and Larry at the service desk. Awesome guys! Highly recommended

My service advisor took the time to listen to my concerns with my vehicle. He explained step by step the process of having my vehicle repaired and maintenance done. Sean was very considerate of both my time and making sure that all of my questions were answered. He seemed geniunely concerned about my needs. He reviewed all of the repairs done and followed up with me after I picked up my vehicle. Love the personal touch
