I bought my new Corsair from North Florida Lincoln because of the people who work there. The sales staff is welcoming, pleasant, not pushy, made me a good deal, and the service dept has been very helpful over the past years. My salesman Karoy was quite knowledgeable and he made it easy for me to decide to buy another car from this dealership.

Because of the NFL staff and the great service dept. and the excellent treatment we received during our three year lease of our 2013 MKZ is the main reason we are back with Lincoln and especially NFL and this time we purchased a new 2016 MKC. Very pleased so far with the vehicle and look forward to years of fine service and just stopping bye to say hello to our friends at NFL. We can't say enough about the feeling of family we get right from the GM to the person that washes the vehicle, Kudos to North Florida Lincoln and the Lincoln motor division of FORD.

OLDIE BUT GOODIE

Our 2006 Grand Marquis LS had some rust spots on the roof & the paint on the hood started to peel. With less than 50K on the sedan, we decided to invest in a partial paint job for our "oldie but goodie." We are delighted with the results. The new paint blends with the original paint perfectly.

I went to your Lincoln MKZ open house with the idea of upgrading my 2011 MKS for a newer model. I spoke to Joe Bender, a sales rep., letting him know what I was interested in. Joe stated that he would keep his eyes open, keeping me in mind. Joe called me on several occasion however did not have anything I was interested in at first, however he continued to look and found a vehicle that was just what I was looking for and we made a deal for a newer model (2014). Joe did a great job, digging around until he found the right car. Chuck was very professional as well, giving me fair value on my trade and treating me the way people like to be treated, with courtesy and respect. Also, I have to mention Carol in finance who was very pleasant as well as professional. They all did an excellent job.

Quicklane service was very quick. My 2013 MKS was serviced and returned washed in about 1 hour, The lounge was a delightful place to wait. We looked at a new Lincoln while waiting. The staff was very helpful.

Most people dread taking their car in for service. But going to North Florida Lincoln, is like visiting family because they make you feel like they genuinely care about you and your vehicle. Service is always performed in a timely manner and if they can't fix it right away, they will offer you a loaner car. No detail is too small for this wonderful service team headed up by Suzy Johnson & Joe Parisi. They address every concern and are not happy until you're happy. I would not consider taking my 2013 MKZ Hybrid anywhere else!

They did a wonderful job on repairing the bumper on my 2015 Lexus. They kept me informed and are very courteous. The manager took me over to Enterprise so I did not have to wait for Enterprise to pick me up. I will highly recommend.

Julian, Chuck and Carol were all friendly and knowledgeable.Julian spent a lot time making sure we understood everything about each car we reviewed. Chuck, the manager was not in the lease pushy but was very accommodating to our needs and budget constraints. We were sure we made a great and fair deal which is very unusual when buying a car and I've bought many. Carol rounded out the good experience by making us very aware of everything line item in the contract so we would be signing exactly what we expected. I would recommend NF Lincoln to anyone who wants to be treated well and go out feeling good about your purchase.
