Josh Ayers and others at the sales team did a wonderful job finding the Equinox with all the options I wanted.. It was fast too, I was expecting a week or so, not the next day! I would highly recommend Josh and Nimnicht for anyone looking for personal service and getting exactly what you want! :)

I went to this dealership just to test drive the Cruze. I was pretty much sold on a Mazda 3 but was absolutely blown away by the quality of service that was given to me and my girlfriend during out visit. It also helped that I fell in love with the Cruze. Steve J. was very informative and a pleasure to talk to. It was more like talking with a friend rather than a sales person.

As far as the Service from a dealership goes...

I had my vehicle serviced three times at the dealer to test the experience. Yes, I knew I would be paying more going to the dealership. The service team that meets you at the entrance are excellent and very service oriented. However, what I don't like about the layout of the service center is that you cannot see the work being done on your car. Then, the most recent time the service tech was guiding me to take their extra service where they replace the air & fuel filters which costs an additional $200. Strange, I thought, being the owners manual suggested a filter change at 50,000 miles and my car had only 15,000. And the owners manual does not speak anything about a fuel filter in their maintenance schedule at all. Hmmm. These have made me cautious in continuing my service with the dealership. I suppose the service team assumes no one will read the owners manual. Before conducting any business with the service department, please review the owners manual and forums such as: [HTML deleted] to get some background. And then, as always, buyer beware.

An excellent experience

It has been over a year since we made our purchase at Nimnicht. Don, our salesman, was very patient with us. It took over 8 hours for us to purchase even with the financing done at my bank. He made sure we were informed about the vehicle and some of the alternatives so we can make an informed choice from their list. Once we were in the car, he guided us through all the bells and whistles including setting up our OnStar account. He was excellent. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
