What can I say....the service I received from my sales guy was phenomenal. This was my first time at a Mercedes Benz car lot and I was very pleased. I was blessed to get a 2019 GLC 300 and I could not be more happy. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there and see Kyle L. I plan to stay in the Mercedes family for life.👍👍😊😊

Scot was great to us. A very easy going and no pressure tactics. The car I wanted had a recall and they made sure to get me the same car from another dealer. It was a great experience with great customer service. They even checked on me a week after purchase to make sure things were still going well.

Rodney as been a tremendous help with all the concerns and events dealing with my Mercedes Benz experience. I travel 350 miles passing a few dealerships to have him assist me in having the ultimate and most positive experience with my Mercedes autos. I know over a plethora of visits and surveys I was not taking the time to get to the emails for the feedback, I’d like to say there hasn’t been a time that I had better seroover all brands and cars I’ve owned in my 48 years. This was my first time to visit. I had a service need (M-B check engine light was on). From the time I drove in until I left, the service personnel were polite, courteous & responsive. They corrected my issue promptly. Service waiting area is unbelievably nice (food & drinks). They even washed & vacuumed my car before leaving. I would highly recommend this dealership’s service Dept.

Brought my 05 E320 in for repairs on the SBC braking system. Dealership performed all work free of charge under Mercedes-Benz’s warranty extension on that system. Rob Wendell was excellent and gave me reasonable quotes on other maintenance needed. Will definitely be back!
