Great experience!

Body shop painted the mirror cover on my BMW 328i and did a great job matching the paint and also job finished in a couple days even though they were really busy. I'm coming back if I ever need any body work done. They are highly recommended!

BS Charges

Look out for BS charges on your bill like $378 for wheel locks that you didn't ask for. Called around to other Ford dealers and was quoted from $20-$60 labor + parts ($55+tax). They will also lower the vehicle purchase price to make it look like they're giving you a better deal, but they raise the dealer fees by the exact same amount.

Finally the Service Dept is Back !

My Service Rep Tabby, was helpful in seeing my service needs through. She was in constant contact with me on the service progress. In the past under previous ownership (Armstrong)this dealership was horrible in the service dept as there was never enough diesel mechanics on staff and wait time for an appointment was 3 to 5 weeks, then the service time added. You could have your truck down for 2 months. This forced me to seek repairs in other dealerships who has less wait time and faster service completions. Now with new ownership,(Lorenzo) I decided to try the service as I had a major electrical issue on my 2001 F-250 Super Duty 4X4 and needed service. I stopped by on a Thursday, spoke to Tabby about my issue, she advised to bring truck on the following Tuesday and they would take a look and go from there. Tuesday, I brought the truck in and the service was underway. While the repair took a few weeks to complete and understandable as electrical issues have to go through the process, it was thorough and correct and truck is running great. I will use this service dept again under this new ownership if I am in need again for any service needs in the future. It would be a pleasure to stay local for repairs. As a side note, there was never enough new and used cars and trucks on the lot to even draw an interest in this past dealership (Armstrong) to stop in to shop for a new car or truck, the lots were empty with only a few vehicles parked, most of the lot was empty, you did not have an interest to stop in and see what they had. With the new ownership,(Lorenzo) it is great to drive by now and see a complete and full lot of cars and trucks for sale, it makes you take a look and even creates an interest to stop in and shop. The new ownership has taken the steps to fill the dealership now like a true Ford Dealership should be and this will help bring in new customers as I too will be in the market for a new vehicle soon and will stop by to begin my search and try this new ownership out when I am ready as I am a proud Ford owner and have been for years. I would love to Service and Shop in my town and not have to go 20 to 50 miles north to do what we can do local. Best of luck and welcome to our neighborhood !!! Steve Schooley [contact info removed]

Better under new management.

Fast and courteous service Julio in service department was excellent and helpful. Plus they gave me a ride back home while vehicle was left overnight for repairs.
