This was the best car buying opportunity I have ever had. Ed was great. Everyone was extremely friendly. I had not intended to buy my car that day due to a couple of items. They helped me and was able to come back later and pick up my new car

We were greeted by salesman, Mark Bonner, on a Sunday afternoon and test drove several vehicles. He was friendly, polite and was not pushy. We left without purchasing but later that afternoon found a vehicle on Phillip's website, unlike any of the ones we had been looking at. I called Mark and although they were fixing to close for the day, he gladly stayed. We did buy a vehicle that evening and the process was quick and painless.

R new Terrain

A "no pressure" new vehicle purchase

We made a visit to Phillips Buick GMC to check out the 2018 GMC Terrains, not to buy one that day. However, the deal was too good to pass up. We returned the next day and my husband traded his 2017 Chrysler Pacifica for a 2017 Buick Enclave, another deal we couldn't pass up. Good job, Scott Hall!

Bending over backwards

I very much appreciated the salesman, Bart, for working with me. Not only did he adjust the price several times but also he was willing to ride with me to my home so that my wife could see and drive the vehicle. He was also ready to have my mechanic take a look at it, although that didn't happen because the mechanic was very busy. And I love the vehicle to boot. It was more than I wanted to pay but the mileage was exceptional. I have a nearly new car. Great experience

I've bought a lot of cars in my life and I've always seen car salesman in the same light as politicians, they can't be trusted...that's until I went to Phillips Buick GMC! I already had a loan through my bank at 9% (my wife and I are in credit rebuilding mode). He didn't have to find us a lower rate but he worked hard and got us 5.8%! He saved me a ton of money! He also took a great interest in our boys asking them a lot of questions about them and generally being interested in their responses, not just acting like he cared. He's definitely a million times better than your average salesman! Then there is Sean Brooks, the Finance Manager. He was very courteous and helped us get a cheaper rate on our extra warranty. He also complimented my wife and I on "doing a great job raising our boys because they are very well behaved". These two guys were great, they made this a very quick and painless experience and I'm so thankful for their help. I'm telling everyone I know about them and I'm definitely buying a second vehicle from them. Thanks a million guys!!

Walked in, found a car I liked, and received total 'close the deal now' pressure, even after I asked it to stop. Walked out feeling extremely agitated and uncomfortable. Will never show my face there again.

Run Don"t Walk From This Dealership!

A living nightmare! Purchased a 2008 GMC Sierra in 02/08. Truck spent 14 days in dealership for repairs(Never Right). After 3 return trips I soon learned their tactic of customer service. After long waits and lousy rental cars they believe you will eventually give up and leave them alone. They were right! I traded the truck with 1900 miles and lost my shirt. This dealership is made of empty promises.
