Excellent Customer Service

Marco is my service manager and he went above and beyond to help me with getting my truck fixed. From the beginning, he communicated with me, helped me get into a rental car, and kept me updated on the progress of my truck. He is an asset to Dixie Buick and his customer service is excellent!

Reliable, good service

The service requested and performed was done in a timely and satisfactory manner and reasonably priced. I was grateful for the use of a courtesy vehicle while mine was in for repairs. My only complaint would be that the mechanic did not respect the cleanliness of my vehicle with regard to grease being on the door handle, doorframe, wheels and steering wheel.

I've been ripped off

I brought my car in for service it was burning oil. They told me it was the valve cover that needed to be replaced. They also told me that the intake needed to be removed and cleaned due to oil from the valve cover very common for 5.3 motor. I also had a couple recalls fuel pump and the door switch. They replaced the switch and the pump when they replaced the pump they forgot to hook up the gas line. they told me the suv was ready to pick up so I showed up to get it but it wouldn't run due to the gas line pumping gas everywhere. I had to leave it there over the weekend.they call me Monday and told me my suv is ready again. when I pick it up I decide to take it home.......AND THAT IS WHERE I NOTICED THEY REPLACED ONE OF MY HEADLIGHT ASSIMBLY WITH ANOTHER ONE THAT IN OLD SO I CHECK THE OTHER WORK THAT THEY DID I TOOK THE TROTTLE BODY OFF AND LOOKED IN THE INTAKE AND FOUND THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE INTAKE AT ALL OIL WAS STILL IN THE INTAKE ..............I GONNA GO TOMORROW AND CONFRONT THEM ABOUT THIS SHADY WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE

It was time for my 90K major service check up for my Yukon. Danny P., my service advisor valued my time and the trun around time was acceptable. Their waiting room offers free wifi, free snacks and hot coffee. They even have fresh baked cookies :-) Yes, really! My car was returned clean and that was a bonus. All I can say, is that my experience was great!

2012 Buick LaCrosse lease

My wife and I were looking for the best deal so we searched Edmunds and other sites and landed on the LaCrosse. I got an online quote from Dixie Buick which I thought was very good so we went there and test drove one. My wife and I both really liked the car. The salesperson was courteous and the lease payments were much lower than what I figured! Good experience. We are happy with our LaCrosse and will be back to Dixie when our lease is up!
