2019 Navigator Black Label

My husband and I were interested in the 2019 Lincoln Navigator Black Label model. I made an inquiry on the Schumacher Lincoln Delray website via chat to get some information. I was promptly responded to and connected to an experienced Sales Associate - Dan Blackburn whom also contacted my promptly the next morning. Dan was very pleasant over the phone and listened to my needs in a vehicle. He immediately researched inventory and called me back. We met him at the dealership, test drove a vehicle, and wrote up a deal. Dan and the dealership were able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted. Great experience!

I live 30 miles from Schumacher Lincoln, I have 2 Lincoln dealerships between my home and Schumacher in Delray Beach ..I have been buying/Leasing Lincolns for 15 yrs....On Feb 11, 2019 I was ready to trade in my Navigator for a Nautilus.I called My sales rep who now works at Delray Schumacher,Mr Cornelius Pressley, He, was as always informative,Professional,and Courteous...again tailoring My needs to make my Buying experience a Pleasant one..Never pushy and always asking questions to make sure I am totally informed and comfortable with Everything....He is a asset to The Schumacher Lincoln dealership! The sales Mgr Phil Simon spent almost a hour getting to know me and making sure everything was perfect on my visit. His goal was to make sure my experience was 1st class and it was!!!!....They made me feel comfortable and Like Family! The Lincoln Experience.

I just purchased a new Lincoln MKC from Schumacher in Delray Beach Fl. The dealership went out of it's way to be helpful and explain what each car had to offer and any special offerings that Lincoln had to offer. Cornelius Presley, Product Specialist was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and this made it easy to make a decision. Price is not the only factor, Service is very important. I feel Service is probably the most important part of purchasing a new Lincoln.The valet service that Lincoln offers is the best, saves much time and reflects the pride of Lincoln. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and anyone thinking about purchasing a Lincoln. It is Great to support a car made in the USA.

I've bought and leased many cars over the years but my most recent experience at Schumacher Lincoln of Delray was the best ever. I never felt pressured. Dealing with Steven P. was like interacting with an old friend. I always felt respected and important. It seemed like it took half the time it normally does to get all the paperwork finished and signed. This was, for me, truly the best car-buying experience ever.

My wife and I recently stopped in to the Schumacher dealership in DelRay to look into options for turning over the lease on my current Jeep Cherokee. We were pleasantly greeted immediately and when we stated the purpose of our visit, quickly connected with a representative to assist us. We were introduced to Craig Sabarese, a sales consultant. Craig asked us some questions, provided some guidance and presented a number of possible options which could fit our needs. While we hadn't gone with the intention of making any changes at this time, once Craig began to make some very attractive offers for our consideration, we found a solution which we could not pass up... We left that day with our new lease vehicle... a great Lincoln MKC... Totally satisfied and very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and personal treatment from the entire team. Our financial paperwork was efficiently, and "painlessly" conducted and completed by David Helms, the Finance Manager. Before we left, they made sure we received a complete and thorough review and demonstration of all the vehicle's features and equipment... this was expertly handled by Steve P. In short, the "sales and care process" was smooth, professional and tailored to our needs.
