Firt time not dealing with Greico Ford.

I guess there is a valid reason why this dealer has such poor ratings. It is because of their people and poor customer service skills. I was trying to buy a truck from long distance, at first the communication with sales manager Kevin Boufford via phone and text was cordial. I really liked the truck they had, to the point I was willing to drive all the way from NC to FL to close this deal. I made an offer for the truck, but it seems my offer hurt Kevin's feeling and sensitivities that he decided to first not give me a counter offer, then to reply saying " to hold on to the offer for 60 days and will consider if the vehicle is still there", and then he chose to ignore any other communication attempt. Good job Kevin and Greico Ford of Delray Beach!

Dealer markups on Ford now?? Crazy

The salesman James truly cares about his customer. The dealership on the other hand only cares about there over priced markup cars. I spent all day, 11:15 to 6.15 trying to buy a Ford Mustang Mach-e and This dealer charges $7500 more on top of msrp. I talked to Ford direct and other dealer that confirmed this should not be happening because Ford agreed not to mark allow dealer up their vehicles. This $7500 walked me away from the deal today and quite frankly has left myself and my family so upset. I’m not a millionaire I’m sorry, just an average joe trying to buy a car not get ripped off. This practice needs to be looked at, This is unfair and sad. Not what the American icon Henry Ford would have ever wanted.

Not going to lie

An advertisement for high price trade in on my car got me in the doors to see if it were true. Broke down costs of what I would be getting for what I was giving up after all is said and done (trade-in offer - remaining balance v.s. how much out the door cost was and how much KBB price was for future trade-in on the used car I was getting). I had no reason to deal but Jordan Gantwarg really worked out a nice offer that I felt comfortable with. I was honestly more worried about the warranty with a used car. I was assured that they honor their 7 year CPO warranty and that it was included with my purchase, though it did not come with any paperwork that night. I was told the paperwork will come after they process it since the sale happened over the weekend, and we were the last ones out. I called back a week later and the CPO was indeed included just as promised! Rarely am I this surprised by a dealership holding true to their word, but this one pulled through. Would highly recommend to shop from.

Awesome Service

Tara is a ROCKSTAR! She has given me the BEST service at Ford! She was always informative of what was going on with my vehicle while they where Diagnosing the issue! She checked in with me several different times with updates as what my vehicle was going to need now and in the future! She is definitely an asset to the company and look forward to future services with her! This service manager Jimmy Rotti also shook my hand and thank me for his opportunity to earn my business! 5 Star all the way around!

This place sucks

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! I have purchased over 20 new cars in my lifetime including one at this same location 4 month ago when it was AUTONATION. Now that's it's under new ownership, Greico - ZERO customer service. We arrived and were greeted by a great salesman Ethan, only good part of the experience. We knew the car we wanted and had Ford employee discount so should have been 1.5 hour event at most as we were the ONLY cust there but we were there 5 HOURS This should have been a warning, then Ethan mentioned they hadn't sold any cars in a few days. No surprise! After we arrived we realized we forgot our checkbook so we enquired about posting a credit card for tmrw business. No problem. Got to finance 5 HOURS later. Again, Immediately mentioned credit card auth to post for tmrw. No problem. Got everything signed, finance guy took our credit card and the GM Mike Costanza told us he wouldn't accept our postdated payment. He couldn't be certain we would be good for it. He went on to tell us that he only making 1500 on the deal so if we didn't pay, he wouldn't make any money. So after 5 HOURS of sitting around waiting on them, he now expected us to drive home and get a CHECK, because a check is more certain??? He refused our payment and insinuated that we wouldn't be good for it. We got a little frustrated and he told us we could leave, we said we would never buy another car from them. He said great should I CALL THE POLICE! This man is the WORST example of management I have ever seen not to mention [non-permissible content removed]! A good manager would professionally find a way to calm down an upset customer and work towards a resolve. Then he made Ethan go out and change the plates back yet Ethan was the best part of the experience and lost the sale. If this is how he mishandled this situation, I can only imagine how he would have handled it if something was wrong with the car in the future. We now have traveled to Mulllinax Ford WPB where we should have gone in the first place. SUPERIOR SERVICE as always!!

Griece gives Ford a bad Reputation

Re: Grieco Ford Delray Beach, FL 33444 I am writing to let you know how Unsatisfied I am with this dealership. They are [non-permissible content removed] and producers of false advertising. I am a current 2014 Ford edge limited lessee. With 9 payments to go I went back to this dealership to lease another more current 2017 Ford Edge. I was motivated by a letter personally made out to me that promised me $3,000 more in value than what I owed plus another $6,000 towed the purchase of another Edge. Plus they promised me to lower my payments than my current payment. None of anything in that letter was done, in fact the projected payments were $200 more per month. They are [non-permissible content removed] . I will never go to this dealership again and probably never buy another Ford. This dealership gives FORD a bad reputation
