I had an exceptional experience at AutoNation Honda Clearwater dealership, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Amir Krdzic. The entire staff was amicable and polite from the moment I walked in. Amir went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and I had a positive experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He assisted me in finding the perfect vehicle for my needs and took the time to answer all my questions, listen to my requirements, and address my concerns. Additionally, I was impressed by the calm and relaxed office environment, which made the entire car-buying experience even more enjoyable. The lady who did all my finance paperwork was also very polite and very informative. My car had to be taken there by a tow truck and we were not sure what was wrong. They called me and after talking with them , I decided to have them check everything, end to end, on the car that I purchased used a year before. They did exactly what I requested and kept me notified by a number of phone calls about what they found and the cost to fix the problems as they were found. The car was worked on and finished a day sooner than they had told me that they would even be able to start on it. I checked everything on the bill when I got home with the car and it was all done, totally spot on.

Keeping my HRV on the road!

Arrived nearly a half hour early, but was checked in promptly. The scope of work that I required was discussed with the understanding that I would be notified of any significant findings. Alyssa kept me informed of the progress of the maintenance activities as time passed. When the work was completed, my vehicle was ready to go, and I was given a hard copy of the detailed invoice along with a receipt for my payment.

We originally traveled to AutoNation Honda to purchase a slightly used Honda CR-V. Then, we ran into Wyatt. Wyatt made a mistake. He walked us right past the 2024 Honda CR-V. I couldn't say no. The car is a masterpiece with a perfect body. It was over when Wyatt started telling us about all of the car's features. Wyatt was well-versed on Honda's product. Wyatt was friendly and had a warm presence. The process was simple. PJ (finance) and the GM were also very pleasant. You could tell the team enjoyed working together, and were easily able to play off of each other.

Dropped off vehicle with a pre-planned appointment on a Saturday for service (1st time being serviced since purchase). Vehicle service time-frame was set for 1.5 hours by service team. Vehicle service was completed sooner than time-frame set. Once I received paperwork and vehicle, confidence was heightened to the level of 'very satisfied' with the process and service team's professionalism.

We can't say enough about how great Wyatt has been, before, during and since we purchased our Honda Pilot. He is very helpful and kind - not your typical salesperson, lol. He spent quite a while going through all the features to make sure we understood all the features and has stayed in contact to make sure we didn't have any questions. I would also like to thank Antoinette for handling all the paperwork. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and made the process easy.

Oil low, tire rotation. Make an appointment with Autonation. No time delay I’m happy to say for all was done within a day! Let’s not forget the 23 point inspection that added to my satisfaction. The car that was driven away hummed smoothly along on the highway. The only problem was the way service scheduled the large number of cars for service that day.
