Very good experience. The representative who worked with me was very courteous and answered all my questions. He did a great job of keeping me advised of what was being done to my car and advising me of what needed to be done and when it should be done. I appreciated his candor. I wish I could remember his name. He deserves Kudos!!!

Joe bell was great and very helpful. Rob Thompson was the only tech that could fix my truck after 3 repair attempts at the ford dealership and 2 months of them wasting my time. That guy definately needs a raise!

Compared to my first experience this was the best experience I received. I felt John cared about the issue with my car and I really appreciated how he advised and took care of all the issues with my car. I loved the way I was kept inform about the process of my vehicle from start to finish. Even without an appointment I was squeezed in between appointments and was done in a fashionable time. I was even given a rental during the time my car was in the shop.

right front and rear noises

car was making noises in both front and back. Service representative called me at home within 1-2 hours of dropping of the car. He told me the cause of the noises and what needed to be replaced and the cost, and the parts had to be ordered. They were ordered installed and the noises went away

Bad engine design?

Although I have had problems with my vehicle, I do not blame the dealership. The manufacturer has made a flawed product and the dealership has to deal with it. They have been as nice and helpful as possible.
