What a mess

When I bought my certified jeep with 34k on it I hoped for at least one year of no problems. They gave me minimum $ on my trade. When I got my jeep home I realized they didn't give me floor mats under the detailing paper and when I called they claimed "that jeep didn't have matts" until I told them I had pictures of matts in the jeep when I test drove it, then all the sudden the matts were "in back of the shop". The drivers side seat belt was installed twisted and my passenger window switch quickly failed. A few months later my drivers side wheel was making noise. I was told I need new sway bar links and axel shaft. Luckily I bought a warenty because it took less then 10k miles to go from certified to broken. I was told the parts would take 3-5 days. The service center offered to charge me to change my differential fluid for an extra $135, but from my understanding that's something they have to do when changing the axel sleve anyway. I called to check on it 4 business days later and they told me the parts would be done and it should be fixed the next day. After a week with no vehicle I got a ride to work and arranged a ride to Torrington to pick up my jeep. I called in the afternoon to make sure it was ready and they said "your parts are in but we didn't get around to it". Long story short...I will never buy another vehicle from Northwest Hills or bring my jeep back there for service...I will happily pay the $100 on my warenty to take it to a quicker more professional jeep dealership.

My husband and I went in on a Thursday night at 7:30 PM to see about purchasing a new Jeep. They were quick to listen to everything we needed and wanted. about 40 minutes later we were walking out the door with a great deal on a 2018 Jeep Compass. Picked it up this past weekend and could not be more pleased with the professionalism of this dealership.

5 Star rating. The salesman was terrific. Found me the exact car I wanted...didn't try to push a sale on me...gave me a test ride and upon closing spent time explaining all the features on the car. I left (and remain) highly satisfied with the transaction.

BEST car-buying experience ever! They could not have been nicer, or more sincere. No pressure, just good information, good choices and a great price. Sales Rep was there when and if you needed them but not forceful at all. Remembered the small details I mentioned I was looking for, and that were important to me, and just wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This is the 4th car I purchased there and they have won my loyalty!

I spent a number of months evaluating and determining what my next vehicle would be. Once I selected the Jeep Grand Cherokee, I began working with dealerships (as I had never owned a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge vehicle). The only dealership that continued to follow up was Northwest Hills. After indicating what options I wanted, the price I wanted for my trade-in and what I wanted to pay for the vehicle , Bill at Northwest Hills made it happen without any issues. We completed the paperwork within 20 minutes and when I took possession of my new Jeep three days later, there was no changes or hassle about the vehicle or price. Northwest Hills is not the closest dealership to where I live but they made the experience much easier than it has ever been for me.
