Not as transparent as I wished

Nice people at Brandfon. Chris, our salesperson, was quite knowledgeable about the Kona EV. We shopped online and found a great deal in Baltimore. Brandfon was able to almost match it. When we were in the middle of the deal, we realized the way they were doing it was to apply the CT state evehicle tax credit as a "discount." Which didn't work for us, because we would get that anyway, in addition to whatever discounts the dealership gave us. So we walked out (yes they let us walk) and bought the car in Northhampton Mass for the price offered in Baltimore. No muss, no fuss. I'd go back to Brandfon- nice people- but I would watch their arithmetic VERY CAREFULLY.

Today, was my best car shopping experience ever. Quality cars and quality people. All the staff were friendly, informative, kind and happy to take all the time we needed.

Highly recommend this dealer! Don’t go anywhere else!

I visited another dealership first, and had a horrible experience! What a difference at Quality Hyundai! They carefully select the cars they buy at auctions, and it shows. The car I purchased is in excellent condition, inside and out. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly, relaxed and I felt very comfortable. My first contact was Pete Zaniewski (Internet Specialist), who was great. He responded to me at 6:49 AM, shortly after I inquired about the car via email. We continued communication via email, which was very convenient for me, due to being at work. My sales consultant Michael Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and patient (I had 1000+ questions =). A pleasure to do business with! Not pushy and forceful like other sales consultants. Thank you Mike for making car buying fun and making me feel like you truly cared about me as the customer and that I could really trust you, explaining every detail and function of the car, telling me about the history of the car dealership and the current owners, and making it all around the best car buying experience I could have ever hoped for. The Finance Director Marco did a wonderful job explaining all the financing, warranty and various packages that were available for my car. Thank you Marco for your great sense of humor and patience. I also met the owners, and nobody was pushy and tried to force anything on me. I would like to thank everyone for their patience, because as previous mentioned, I had a 1000+ questions, and everyone was answered =). I left the dealership knowing I purchased a great car for a great price from a well trustworthy dealer. I definitely can recommend this dealer, and I will purchase my cars know where else!
