Harte INFINITI

After 3 days of torture at other dealerships in the Western Mass and Northern CT area, I found myself at Harte INFINITI. The car is amazing. The price is reasonable. But that's not what you need to know, or who I should say. Let me introduce you to the best guys I met while shopping: Dwight Harrison is your sales guy. He's THE guy. He's honest and knowledgeable. He made the process (and car buying is a process)... FUN. I trusted him from the start and will always find Dwight for vehicle purchasing (unless he loses his swag). The next guy you need to know is Carmen in the finance department. Again, he was patient, honest & knowledgeable while making me feel comfortable with the numbers. Plus, he puts up with Harrison's jokes. Lastly, you need to meet Phil Whiteway in Service. He made me feel confident in the car that I had selected and made me 100% sure that this was the dealership for me. These three aren't your joe-shmo tacky suit wearing stuffy guys. They were fun, patient, and understanding. I am lucky to have had them for my recent used car purchase. PLUS... my new car is not just sexy.. it has balls and makes all the boys jealous. That's a win.

I stress over things when it does not go my way, but I can honestly say this dealership made the whole process go my way. Anthony Smith is very good at his job. Mr. Smith did not approach me as a sales associate looking for a sale but a dedicated worker that loves his job and makes sure his customers are satisfied. I am very satisfied with everything.

I was looking for a specific SUV, with low milage, color, and options, along with a fair price and a good value for my trade. Chris Salemi took on the challenge and delivered completely. Just bought a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe from Harte Infiniti. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car! Ryan made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I felt no pressure at all. The best price was given right from the start. No need to haggle. Ryan responded immediately to any texts or emails that I sent him. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole. As a woman who has been to a number of dealerships in the past and been taken advantage of, I was leary of starting the car search again. I can happily say I have never been treated with more care, consideration, honesty and respect than I was at Harte Infiniti. I am not a high-end customer, yet I was treated to feel like the most important. Contact with Ryan was prompt, genuine, not pushy and thorough. Ryan, Jay and Carmen were the best team I could've ever asked for to handle the transition from my old car to the one I just purchased. I would highly suggest them to anyone for the straightforward process and enjoyment of a used or new car buying experience.

After shopping around for a few months, we found the perfect Toyota FJ online at Harte Infiniti, we live down on the shore, so travelling up to Hartford was only feasible if we were sure we were not wasting our time. We found EXACTLY what we needed at Harte! Chris was friendly and kept in good contact, making the purchase easy even from 50 miles away. Chris accommodated our crazy schedules, and within 3 days we were cruising in our 'new' truck. We love our FJ and we got it for a steal of a price! My husband and I were shopping for and M37. We took the drive out to Harte in Hartford. It was definitely worth the trip. It was an awesome experience. Our salesman Chris Salemi was so patient with us while we were trying to decide to lease or buy. Dondi made both options hard to resist. We could not have asked for a better experience at a dealership. AND we ended up with and M56 instead of an M37... Bonus!

I bought a 2009 Lexus is250 from there and it is running fantastic. The guy I worked with Ryan, was very nice and accommodating. I felt no pressure to buy while I was there. My credit wasn't too good and Ryan found every possible way to make sure I got the car I wanted. If you are looking for high end car and great service I would highly recommend hart infiniti .

I just upgraded from my 2008 G35x to the 2014 Q50 at Harte Infiniti in Hartford. My salesman, Chris Salemi, provided an absolutely amazing experience. He was patient, able to answer all my questions and available whenever I needed him even outside of business hours. I had to decide between buying and leasing and he provided me with so much guidance and a ton of options, which made my decision much easier/smoother seeing as this was my first time buying/leasing on my own. I have nothing but great things to say about Chris and everyone else at Harte Infiniti. Highly, highly recommend if you are interested in an Infiniti or just want to look around! Harte Infinit Is A Class ACT! From the moment I met Joe F, he was someone I wanted to work with because of his calm demeanour and overall honest nature. He spent the time to find me a vehicle that fullfilled my needs, and never once pressured me to make the sale. This is something hard to find at other delaerships in Hartford, and he won me over form the moment we met. Working in the Medical Supply field, I needed to find a vehicle that had a spacious interior, and was also fun to drive. Joe showed me a trade in that was not even on the lot yet, because he took the time to guage my needs and lead me to an excellent vehicle that had all of the luxuries I so desired. He was a part of every step, from finding the vehicle, to working with Roger (who did a great job finding me a lease) to working with Joe G getting the ac taken care (a small issue with a valve not working, they fixed it promptly and my car has been cool ever since).
