Chevy Bolt EUV is a great purchase from Maritime Chevy

I purchased a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV from Maritime back in June 2023. My contact was Mike Brown. He took care of my sale from beginning to end. All went smoothly for the most part. This was an out of state sale and they took care of all the paperwork, including registration. Matt Zuckerman was the finance manager whom assisted in my deal. Matt sent me the Chevy tax form back in January, so I can apply for the federal tax credit properly. I would recommend dealing with Maritime Chevy and Mike Brown (and staff).

Good service - minor tweaks would make it 5-star

The service dept staff are courteous and friendly, and seem to be empowered to offer considerations, such as nominal discounts on large bills. They're quite accommodating about shuttle service to/from my office during the service; a helpful amenity! More proactive communication about service status would be helpful -- could be text or phone call. I often find myself having to call, and being transferred around VM to get the right person. It would be helpful and appreciated if they would charge EVs they are servicing. They have several plugs onsite, and at least one is always free when I've been there. It would be a welcome courtesy if they plugged in the car once the servicing is complete rather than just parking it in a regular "visitor" spot for me to retrieve with zero charge.

Amazing customer service

Cannot say enough about Maritime. Amazing customer service. Jeremy was a great salesperson. Matt in finance also fantastic. I was in and out in no time. They had everything done before I got there so I signed and got into my new car and drove away. Would t buy a car anywhere else. This is our 6th Maritime Chevy!

No idea

Was emailed instructions about bringing car in for a “pre-lease-end” inspection to discover any issues the needed attention before the lease ended. When I arrived I was asked whether I had completed lease-end paperwork and whether I had selected a new car for the next lease. Complete non-alignment with the email I had reserved from GM. The staff had no idea what a pre-lease-end inspection was.
