New Audi A5 is so hot!!!!!!!!

by ds329 on 10/12/2012

My wife and I just purchased a new Audi A5 from Audi of Fairfield and couldn’t be happier. Our sales rep. Kadia G. was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us during the entire process. There was no high pressure, no gimmicks, just an experience that would lead me to recommend her, and Audi of Fairfield to anyone considering purchasing or leasing a new car. If you are in the market for a new car and are thinking about a Mercedes, BMW or Lexus, you should check out the new Audi. The A5 is the hottest car I have ever owned.

2010 Audi A4 Certified

by lcmm55 on 02/26/2012

Frank C was my salesman. I shop like a man, I knew what i wanted when I walked in the door. Test Drove the Car and made the deal on that Monday and picked it up with a bank check on Tuesday. Reg, Plates, and Title was $130, Better than waiting at DMV for 2 hrs to register and DMV would have charged me for the NADA real retail value of the car. That was about $6000 more than I paid. Ya the $499 paperworker charge was bull**** but I got a great deal on a great used car. I like the car so much I want to get rid of My 2001 Mustang GT Conv and buy another A4 Prem Plus. Frank said he would get me a trial of Sirius Radio, That has not happened yet. disappointed, YES. however, I put a 16 GB SD card in the dash and have all the music I need.

They are doing you a favor

by pensman on 01/22/2012

My son had purchased an Audi from this dealership and my wife was very impressed by the car's handling so she decided she wanted one. When we arrived at the dealership we had to seek out a salesman who grudgingly agreed to help us. I indicated we were looking for a car that had been featured on their Internet ad but were informed that car was no longer available. I suggested to my wife we leave but she inquired if there were other models available. Note, she inquired as there was no alternative information forthcoming. She eventually decided on an A4 but she was shown only three models. Once the dealership ran my wife's credit they became much happier; however, if they had been friendly from the start my wife would certainly have driven off with an A6 or A8. Given our overall treatment, I was just as happy to get out of there with the A4. Next time it will be the BMW I had suggested she look at.

Very Pleasant Sales Experience

by dsippin on 06/01/2011

I usually never look forward to buying a vehicle at a car dealership, but our recent experience at Audi of Fairfield was terrific. We purchased a new 2011 Audi Q5 2.0 and traded in our 2008 Audi TT. My salesman, Chris Topham, treated us very well and was very knowledgeable. He was welcoming, offered us refreshments, answered our questions patiently. We met both sales managers who were very personable. Never got any pressure from anyone. Got a reasonable deal on the car and a fair trade-in number for our 2008 Audi TT. Showroom is huge, new and spacious. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Very Poor

by stevenz18 on 05/29/2011

They did give me a quote "on line" after 3 or 4 phone calls. I told them I was willing to drive to the dealership that day to buy the car. The quote they gave was not only the sticker price, but they added by about $500 above the sticer price. They addesd $495 for something they called something ridiculous like dealer processing ( I can't remember exactly what). When I asked them about that, they said it was standard dealer mark up. I told them i have been buying cars for over 40 years and had never heard of anything like that. Again I was told that it was standard. So they LOST the sale. I bought the car elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUDI OF FAIRFIELD

by thenail01 on 09/16/2008

For a dealer who praises their great customer satisfaction, I'm here to write about the exact opposite. Maybe Fairfield's satisfaction was great before they switched heads of sale, before they moved locations, but now it is horrendous. You may have read my previous post. A purchased a ~$40k+ S4 a little over one year ago. The car is STILL under factory warranty, and certified pre-owned. The car was sold to me under false terms, that it had never been involved in accidents, suffered damage, or had previous body work done. But the paintwork is chipped due to shoddy previous repair that was never disclosed to me at the time of sale. The 300+ CPO certification is bogus, at least in terms of detecting damage. It boils down to a Carfax report. Audi of Fairfield will not fix the car's damage under CPO warranty because their was no history of body work in a Carfax report. Audi of Fairfield will not fix the car under the perforation/corrosion warranty, because the damage results from previous body work. They don't realize these are contradictory arguments. When asked what they would do in my position, they said "pay to get the car fixed". What great customer service. BEWARE. Go elsewhere for you Audi.
