I had to wait for 15 minutes after arriving for my scheduled appointment before a service representative came over to me. This may have been due to the fact that I didn't realize I made my appointment on Veterans' Day. After leaving my vehicle off at 7:30 am, I did not receive a status call on my vehicle from the service representative. I called the service representative at 1:55 pm and left a voice mail. I never heard anything regarding the status of my vehicle until the service representative called my back at 2:55 pm.

I had to have a recall done on rear shocks. I was delighted to have a car dropped off at my home in case of I needed to go somewhere while my RX was being serviced. The RX returned when I was told, and was sparkling clean when it was returned. Thanks Hoffman for an "Outstanding" job.

I stopped by to make an appointment. It was a busy place but I was graciously greeted by a bright, knowledgeable young lady. Approximate cost and time needed were provided. It could be done then. The waiting area was inviting and very comfortable. Technology and reading material selections were plentiful and current. Cost quoted was accurate...the time passed quite quickly while reading a well-written magazine...with a good cup of coffee! (Best coffee in town) It actually took less time than what was quoted.
