Normally when I walk into a dealership, I find it off-putting and uncomfortable, dealing with Hoffman Lexus was a very pleasant and smooth purchasing experience. My sales associate Steve made me comfortable from the first handshake, his demeanor and no pressure approach were a welcome change from my past car buying experiences (none of which were Lexus). Charif was also a pleasure to deal with, and also very easy to negotiate what I consider to be a fair price for both my trade and the vehicle I purchased. Al in finance did a great job at crunching numbers with me to find a payment that suited my budget. I left a happy customer and would recommend Hoffman Lexus to anyone who asked. I have a Lexus dealer much closer to me, but chose to drive to Hoffman due to online pricing, and reviews from previous customers

I came in for a scheduled oil change for the first time at this location. (Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford) I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who led me to Jocelyn Vincent who took care of me! She took my information and explained everything thoroughly down to the wait time. She then offers me a complimentary lunch!! I was totally surprised! All I could think was, WOW this is some service. After she gathered my information, she led me to the waiting area which had tea, coffee, water and an espresso/latte maker. To top it off I was able to sit in one of the many comfortable reclining chairs. Once my car was ready, I was then escorted to my car by Jocelyn and was sent off with a warm goodbye. I will definitely be back for this wonderful yet personable experience all in the name of an oil change. Thank you Jocelyn at Hoffman Lexus you get 10 out of 10 in my book. You Rock!!

When I walked into the dealership for my appointment, I was greeted by Peregrin Phillip, who ended up being the sales associate that I worked with to purchase my car. He was professional, courteous and personable. While I didn't purchase a Lexus - the manufacturer he's most familiar with - he was still willing and able to help me learn more about the car, get any of my questions answered and my concerns addressed promptly and effectively. When considering purchasing a new or used car from Hoffman Lexus, I suggest you request Mr. Phillip as the person to work with. I was also appreciative of his willingness to communicate with me any time, day or night, whenever I had a question or needed a status update on the car. The terrific service didn't end there. Once Peregrin and I had formalized our deal over a handshake (and a deposit on the car), transitioning over to the "finance manager" to draft up the terms and complete the sale - Peter Quagliaroli, was a great experience. Mr. Quagliaroli was not only able to provide me with answers to all of my financial questions, he provided me with a level of peace of mind about my purchase that I've never experienced at another dealership. You're always taking a bit of a gamble when buying used, but Peter made me feel confident in my decision by stressing the value and level of service I could expect as a Hoffman Lexus customer should an issue with my vehicle ever arise. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with my Hoffman Lexus experience and suggest you consider Hoffman Lexus for your next automobile purchase.

Matt Louis did a phenomenal job showcasing the Lexus IS I was interested in. I knew every feature of the vehicle before I made my decision thanks to him. They worked with me on price and found the exact model/specs I was looking for. Al Ramos was a bit salesy with the add ons(warranties, simoniz etc) during the closing but overall was very good to work with. I could not be more impressed with the dealership as a whole. Hoffman Lexus has gained a lifelong customer.

I am writing to compliment Mark Pfahler, the most delightful young man who recently helped us purchase our new Lexus at Hoffman Lexus. Now many people would think that the terms “delightful” and “car salesman” in the same sentence would seem like an oxymoron, but that was certainly not the case here. Mark greeted us with a smile, and all throughout our interaction with him he was genuinely friendly, caring, poised and professional. And may I add that he is also a very good person. As customers, we were quite picky, but this left Mark undaunted. Mark is most definitely a “people person.” This comes across in his attitude, and his style of salesmanship made the experience so enjoyable I wish we could go back tomorrow and buy another car from him, and another and another. I will recommend Mark to all of my friends who are in the market for a new car and a pleasant experience. I bought a certified pre-owned Lexus in June . My sales consultant, Bill Jones, used no pressure tactics. I looked at other cars and returned satisfied it was a great deal. He quickly arranged for some repairs to the body and even replaced the batteries in the key remote. Upon delivery, he went through the entire operation of the car. Even after the sale, he quickly returned my calls when I had questions. I will look no further than Hoffman Lexus and Bill Jones when I buy my next car, and have already referred friends and family.

I recently purchased my third Lexus from the professionals at Hoffman. The salesmen I dealt with in the past have retired so I walked into the dealership not knowing anyone. I was quickly greeted by Kevin Schofield and we hit it off right away. Ethan Williamson took my keys and quickly assessed the value of my trade in. Kevin walked me through the nuances of the 2015 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. Bottomline the Hoffman team make the experience of purchasing a vehicle very easy and comfortable. They know their product and never try to sell you a vehicle option or coverage that does not make sense based on your individual driving habits and needs. I also had the privilege of working with Al Ramos to close the transaction. Al went above and beyond to get me the best terms and conditions for my purchase. If I had to describe Hoffman Lexus in one word it would be Teamwork! I would be remiss if I didn't include the Service Department in that comment. They are outstanding as well!

He will make sure that I understand everything about the vehicle. He is super friendly & always returns my calls quickly. Dear Mr. Hoffman, This email is far overdue. Every time I pick up a new Lexus I say I am going to contact you and time gets away from me. Today, I decided to stop and take the time. In 1993, I wanted to buy a Cadillac. I visited 3 Cadillac dealerships and was greeted with the same message from all three. “When will you be able to come back with your husband so we can complete the sale?” ? Lexus, relatively new to the market back then was making their way into the luxury car market place, so I thought I’d come to Hoffman Lexus and take a look. And back then, it was Tony Tavernier that rolled out the red carpet, followed by Don Saleriero and to my current Salesman Ryan Mendez. 23 years and only 3 different Salesman, consistency to the consumer, is always a comfortable asset. Over the years, I have also recommended many customers that have come and purchased and I have always received great feedback about their experience. Ryan completed the transaction on my 15th Lexus last night. My forth car conversion with him. Ryan has always provided me with prompt, honest and efficient service. He is truly an asset to Hoffman Lexus and sheer pleasure to work with. Not only have I never had to bring my husband in (ha-ha Cadillac), the level of trust and honestly Ryan and I have is probably something that only a hand full of car shoppers will ever be lucky enough to experience. I trust him completely and never doubt that I am being well taken care of and treated fairly. I have dealt with both Alex and Peter in finance and also commend their professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail during the finance portion of the transaction. Part of their job requires some of your upsell programs, which they never make one feel like it’s an over sell and always present these items with a sales technique to well inform the customer but never make the customer feel overly obligated. As I am also in sales, I commend how they represent this part of their job, and how they respect the decision the customer makes throughout the transaction. Lastly, it would not be fair if I didn’t mention your award winning service department. With my years of being a Hoffman customer, I’ve probably come in well over 100 times for service. There is never a problem getting an appointment, even though most of the time I call them the day before because I’ll be in the area. All are courteous, the drop off and pick up are fast and always ready when promised at the price that was discussed in advance. To close, 23 years, 15 cars and not 1 regret. People ask me all the time, Aren’t you tired of your Lexus, don’t you want something else? My response: Hoffman Lexus has exceeded my expectations in all areas, sales, finance, and service. I could not imagine dealing with any other car dealership and have no intentions of every leaving them and why would I want to drive anything else? Please take the time to share this testimonial and recognize your fine team players at Lexus. I’m not the easiest customer to take care of. I take care of my company’s million dollar accounts and deal with C level folks all day that expect and receive from me extraordinary service and their expectations are through the roof. Don't believe we have ever had an easier experience in obtaining a vehicle. Lexus was one of three SUV makes on our list (in fact #3) and we stopped in to test drive one on an apparently busy Saturday at Hoffman. In passing Karan inquired what we were interested in, and in no time had us out in a vehicle. Followed up with him by phone a couple days later and had deal with no aggravation or monkey business. Karan couldn't have been more courteous, professional and careful to explain all details. Pick up was smooth, quick and trouble free. No prior experience with Hoffman, but without question we buy a car off Karan at Hoffman again. If you are interested in a Lexus, give him a call.

Earlier this year we purchased a GS 350 from Karan and Al. The service we received from them was fantastic. The process was very smooth and extremely efficient. Well, we came back about 6 months later, just to start looking for a replacement for our Honda Pilot and ended up buying a GX460. We again worked with Karan and Al and the level of service they provided again exceeded our expectations. They are both very knowledgeable in their field, as well as very personable. It felt like we were at home with family members. When we're in the market for a replacement, we'll certainly be back at Hoffman Lexus!
