These guys listen. I like that. They answered my hard questions without all the avoidance maneuvers of some of other car dealers I visited. I just brought my second car from Hoffman Audi, Adrian and Ron are great. Ron Palladino works in sales and will always go the extra mile to accommodate any of your needs, answer any questions and take you for a test drive. Adrian is a sales manager, got my first Audi from him three years ago, he is knowledgeable, fair and very patient. Overall, buying a car from Hoffman Audi was a breeze and the quality of the brand is impecable. For sure I'll be back for my third car in a couple of years.

I first contacted Hoffman Audi from their website and a response was prompt and courteous. I made an appointment to view a certified A4 and when I arrived I found the car ready for my inspection and a test drive. From the moment I arrived, Kyle did an exceptional job answering my questions and providing honest advice. The entire team was professional and quickly addressed my needs in every aspect. This was also an unexpected purchase for me, I didn't arrive expecting to make a decision and leave within a few hours with a new car. The level of service I received while at Hoffman Audi made me feel confident in my decision to work with them, and based upon my research of all comparable vehicles within the surrounding 50 miles, I was also pleased with not only the selection of vehicles, but the prices as well. I am not someone easily satisfied and generally do not settle for adequate or average. I would highly recommend, and certainly will recommend Hoffman Audi and Kyle Rosemond.

I came into Hoffman not knowing exactly how to communicate what I wanted. Instead of pushing me into a vehicle and speeding the process along, both Zack and Peter patiently listened as I struggled to explain. With their patience and guidance I found the perfect car for me that same day. I would recommend the dealership for many reasons, but one in particular stood out: the two guys I worked with genuinely wanted the best deal/car for me. For that I am grateful!

Crooked dealer, makes false promises and do not keep their word. Inconsiderate and non accommodative. They try to squeeze out money from you in any way possible. Will say anything to get you to sign the lease and will later back out of their word. This dealership ruins the reputation of audi and cannot be trusted.

We just took delivery of our new Q3 and could not have had a better dealer experience! The attention to detail and follow through from our sales person, Dylan, made us feel our business was valued and appreciated. Everyone we spoke to there gave us the same impression. Such a contrast from the local Mini dealer where we also considered a purchase. Now we know why Hoffman Audi was voted best in Hartford for 2016!

I recently purchased a new Audi Q5 at HOFFMAN Audi. Buying cars is one of my least favorite activities. I had the opportunity to work with Adrian Hester. He is an excellent salesperson. Extremely knowledgeable, totally professional, pleasant to work with and most importantly, not pushy. He spent a considerable amount of time with me. Reviewed the various options. Quickly found the desired car as it was not in their inventory. Even after having purchased the car he is available 24/7 to answer questions. Even gave me his cell phone. He is truly a pleasure to work with!

Awesome experience with Hoffman. It was an extremely easy and enjoyable buying process. Brandon was laid back, fun, and hilarious. I normally hate purchasing a car- previous dealers I've met have been rude, pushy, and impatient, but not Brandon. He made it a piece of cake. He wasn't pushy and didn't harrass me or force a sale upon me. I felt that he really wanted to help me make the best decision for my lifestyle. Have dealt with Hoffman before and would do so again. Very professional and friendly. You have to negotiate (but hey, that's their job) to get the best deal, but I have always found them fair and trustworthy. Dealt with Stacey Violette who was very on the ball, and pleasingly provided very good after sales service also after the sale was complete. Recommended.

This should have been a very easy purchase. Hoffman is 2 1/2 hours from my home, so we agreed on pricing before I went The car, 2013 Audi A5 convertible, would be detailed and ready to sell, I just needed to look at and drive the car and, if I liked it, we would drive it home. I saw and drove the car and loved it. First problem, they hadn't detailed the car and there were a some minor damages that needed to be fixed. They had an easy solution, they would fix the problems, then deliver the car, so that was fine. Second problem was more difficult, their ad for this car showed as a certified car, it had a 6 year 100,000 mile warranty. While I was there, they told me that was not true, the certification added 2 years to the original warranty which was 4 years, 50,000 miles and this car already had more than 43,000 miles on it, so the original warranty would expire well before the full 4 years. I asked them to honor the warranty that they advertised on that car and they refused so I left. I called them one week later and asked them to take an additional $500 off the car price instead of the warranty and they did, so we completed the purchase. On delivery, the salesman Dylan Bigge handed me a key case with one full key, an emergency key holder where the second key was supposed to be and a valet key and told me that was all of the keys that I was to get. That didn't sound right so, after he left, I looked up Audi's certification check list and it clearly showed 2 full keys plus the valet key as one of the first items on the check list. Additionally, the form said that customer signature was required and that customer gets a copy of the form, neither of which happened. I called him to let him know that about the 2 full keys and he said he would send another key which he did, I had to take it to an Audi dealer to get it programmed, wasted 2 more hours of my time, Hoffman paid for the reprogramming. However, it took 3 emails to get the certification form. I also left a voice mail for the sales director, Kevin Warriner, which he never returned. Between them falsely advertising the warranty and Dylan being dishonest and trying to deceive me about the keys and being so slow in getting the form to me, I lost all faith and trust in Hoffman, so I took my car to my mechanic to make sure that the certification work was actually done. He looked at some of the more important parts and was satisfied. All in all, I got a great car at a very good price, but far too much unnecessary aggravation and would never trust anything to do with this dealership

I had purchased an Audi Q7 in August at Hoffman Audi of New London. The car is fantastic but is loaded with technology- a lot that I had a problem with. Unfortunately I was not able to get the help I wanted in New London in understanding all this technology. When I returned to my primary residence in late fall I contacted Hoffman In East Hartford. I asked if possibly someone could work with me if I came in and their immediate reply was "what time can we send someone to YOUR house?"! I was totally surprised by this and they said it was the way the Hoffman Enterprise operates. They sent out a true expert Adrian Hester who not only sells Audis but knows everything about the technology. He was the BEST and said to call him anytime I had a question. I have been a Hoffman customer for many years- Toyotas, Land-cruisers, and Lexus. I will continue to be forever but will make sure I trade with Adrian Hester as he cold not have been better or more accommodating! Thank you Hoffman and Adrian Hester!

Hoffman Audi Steve Steller Salesman was fantastic I have leased a vehicle previously with him. He is a stand up Guy, honest and just gives you all the time needed to explain all the options to make a decision. He always follows up from the beginning and throughout the lease touches base and asks if I need anything. He returns calls immediately and never once pressures me. He makes sure to remind me that my service is coming up even though the service dept. sets up my appts. They too are very efficient in taking care of me. Audi Hartford CT is a class act and very Customer friendly they are lucky to have Steve Steller working there he is a big plus his Customers Service skills are amazing you can't find a more dedicated person to Audi he believes in the product and knows his Customers he is well trained and very prideful. Well done Mr. Steller all around!!!
