Easy car buying...

Tasca Ford provided an hazzle free shopping experience with clear communication all the way through the process. I ordered my Mach E and read in forums some dealer nightmare stories, but had none of those with Tasca. Fran was my primary contact point at Tasca and she provided wonderful support and was helpful throughout my purchase period.

I visited Tasca Ford in Berlin on 05/03/2017 to purchase a motor vehicle - 2004 Honda Pilot. The overall customer service was good; however, I must single out and commend Sales Agent Easton Lawson who provided excellent service. Good customer service is key to the success of any organization. Keep it up and take it to the next level

Flexibility and Excellent Customer Service

I had a natural gas leak issue on a CNG van I purchased from another dealer (Red Barn Motors) who refused to support the vehicle or take responsibiltu after the sale. Tasca was the only dealer in the region who was qualified to properly evaluate the problem and determined the vehicle was not safe to be driven or moved. They were very professional and flexible with me as I tried to work the issues out with the other dealer, which was to no avail. In the end I wholesaled the van out and Tasca worked with me to ensure a smooth transition. Dave Notarantonio, the Service Manager, was very responsive and helpful, and Megan as a Service Rep was a particular standout. I would highly recommend this Dept and dealership in the future. Great people!

Great Experience

I worked with Adrian and it was the most positive experience I had purchasing a car. Not only did Adrian listen to my needs but made it happen. I came in after a Car accident , no car and had a budget in mind . Not only did Adrian find me an Awesome Blue Ford Fusion but it was within my budget and he was not pushy .....I Love this car and it runs so smooth thank you Adrian and your team for making my new year Happy and putting me into a great car I can afford!!!!You guys are the best!!!!!

Amazing reception

The day following our first big snowstorm found us searching for a different car with AWD. Well our financial situation limited us from switching vehicles at this time but we will be back when ready.... it was our first experience dealing with a salesman who did not force the sale. They educated us on many options and coached us about what is best for us at this time. All the staff clearly worked as a team. They appeared to be there for the customer and we appreciated their efforts from start to finish.

Horrible service

Go to buy a car on a Sunday, can't be given a price due to the fact there is noone in finance working? Why are you even open on Sundays then?? As if that wasn't bad enough, two days later when we go to buy the car were told AFTER signing all paper work that the title isn't even in state. It would be overnighted. Ok....no call the next day. No call the day after. My husband had to call daily for a WEEK to see what was going on. Spoke to sales "manager" who could care less and thought apparently that this was acceptable. Just horrible customer service. From all ends. Every person we dealt with. Annoying car buying experience and STILL do not have license plates for car. Managers answer was "well youre getting a break no paying sales tax" Don't waste your time!!! You'd have the same of not better service from a crappy dealership in waterbury!!! Most annoying car buying experience I've ever had!!

Great sales staff

I went in there to buy a fiesta (needed to save on gas for my daily commute) I saw the one i wanted right from the street i walked in told them what i wanted talked price and done. Their price was excellent negotating was easy and painless no stupid sales speeches big drawn out drama or anything like that. A pleasure i would definitely recomend doing business with these guys again.

More than expected

Went in for routine maintainance, was in and out relatively quickly; The techs could use a quick courtesy lesson, but it's nothing that can't be overlooked. Prices were below what was expected, which was a pleasant surprise, and the gentleman whom came to explain their findings on some of the other areas they looked at was able to explain in simple terms some less-than-common issues that he thought might arise based on a dying spark plug, and comments that they'd taken care of it free of charge. I didn't check under the hood, but since it was at no charge, I've not been to concerned if he was throwing me a line or just being honest. My car's been runnin' fine and I'll be going back to them if I have any trouble in the future.

Could Use Some Improvement

Introduction: I have owned a 2003 model year Ford for a year and a half now, and decided to keep the car dealer maintained. Since Morande is a local Ford and Acura dealer in my area and hear-say has given them a positive reputation, I have been taking my car to them for service. Technical Staff Review: The quality of the work has been fine so far, though the staff members who worked on my car during it's first repair diagnosis were unable to deliver information regarding multiple system codes that were triggering the check engine light. They did, however, fix the source of my car's rough idle and stalling. Service Department Review: From my experience, the Service Department is lacking in the field of communication, both internally and to their customers. Both times my car has been in for major repairs, they have failed to call regarding diagnosis results, receiving of special order parts (pre-paid), and service delays. Most communication needs to be customer initiated. Waiting Area Review: The waiting area is average, and the attitude of the staff seems to vary slightly. While I have yet to encounter a Morande employee with a negative attitude, you can tell some aren't exactly morning people.

Poor slow service, rude unorganized service writers.

I had purchased my vehicle at another location. My employment changed and I needed to find a more local dealership. I had heard good things about Morande Ford and looked forward to the good customer service that I was told about. I scheduled an oil changed and informed them that I thought my oil had been leaking because I had a spot on my driveway. When they didn't find an oil leak they didn't look into it any further, informing me that I had no leaks. Not only that, but they did not call me to tell me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. A few months later on the first dry day I had noticed that something was still leaking from my vehicle. I again brought my vehicle into Morande for service. They informed me that my transmission was leaking. They fixed the transmission coolant part that was leaking and sent me on my way. The next day my engine light comes on and my vehicle begins to run rough. I bring my vehicle back again the next day and they inform me that someone had unscrewed my gas cap. I had no purchased fuel for my vehicle. Two days later on my road trip, hundreds of mile from home my vehicle begins to buck, became sluggish shifting gears and slipping gears. I check my fluids, which are good. I come home from my trip and the problem becomes more frequent. I then bring my vehicle in at 730 in the morning, have no phone call on updates all day and am still waiting for my vehicle to be finished at 430 in the afternoon. I call and am informed that they just began working on the vehicle but they believe my transmission is leaking. I am then in more words than needed told that I am incorrect on wondering why I have had to bring my vehicle back into the dealership multiple times for essentially the same issue. I was then informed that when she talks to the technician again she will find out more and call me back. She should have pulled my file when she went to talk to the technician in the first place. They have no knowledge of anything going on in their shop. I am frustrated that yet again I do not have my vehicle to go to work in for my overnight shift. I have stayed awake all day waiting for a call back and will again tomorrow not be able to get sleep while waiting for an update on my vehicle. I will again have to search for another dealership to service my vehicle.
