Outstanding!

I have never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership as I did at Red Rock. Ryan Greager did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of and placed in the vehicle of my choice. He stayed in constant contact with me, treated me as if I was a personal friend of his, and basically bent over backwards to take care of me. I have never been so comfortable or so impressed. I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle! Thank you Ryan!

Paint issues

I needed something to replace my commuter vehicle which was starting to nickel and dime me. Every time I turned around I was putting money into it. I purchased a used 2014 Nissan Rogue in June The sales process was a pleasant one. I dealt with Marcus. Even the delivery was quick and easy. They gave me a great trade in value on my car and the Rogue in itself is exactly what I needed. I commute about a 100 miles a day. I needed something that was AWD, comfortable, low mileage, dependable. The rogue fit the bill perfectly. My only issue is that the paint is peeling off of the front bumper of the Rogue. It started the first time I washed it. It is only getting worse. I contacted the dealership and they said it is outside the warrantee and that they would have their “paint guy” estimate the cost of a re-spray of the bumper. I would be charged for the re-spray at cost, which was 400.00. So, I have two issues with this: First, if it is the same guy that painted it the first time, is it just going to peel off again? I am assuming that it had been re-sprayed. I am no expert but I would think that the factory paint quality is better that this. Surely it doesn’t start to flake off after 3 years. The car I traded in was a 2006 Nissan Murano. Even being 11 years old, it had no issue like this. Also, I have had other paint shops look at the bumper and they have all agreed that the paint on the bumper is not factory. And secondly, why am I paying for it in the first place? I did nothing to cause the paint to flake off at an alarming rate. It was perfect when I drove it off the lot. I have owned it for a little over a month. I contacted the dealership 2 weeks after the purchase telling them of the issue. It still has the temp plates on it. It is not like I am asking for the moon. I just want the car I purchased, not something that I have to turn around and put more money back into.

Never trade in vehicle at this dealership

Terrible service from manager Mike. I traded in my vehicle needed my payoff processed. It took over 20 days and I was told dealerships have 30 days to process payoff. Costing customers money. Mike said he would do payoff sooner but lied about it. Never been treated so disrespectful by anyone. He wont return phone calls either. The worse experience at a dealership.

Worst car buying experience ever!!!!

I've bought cars all over this state and this has been a nightmare, I traded my Cadillac for an Infiniti ( Infiniti ended up being lemon) so they @ least let me trade it in for another car (which engine blew the next day) UGH! I then traded in for another car (which has worked out great so far ) I then get a call from bank I have 3 car payments now!, Ugh!! Try calling Tyson manger (WORTHLESS) never called me back and when he finally called "everything will be fixed within two days" a week and half later nothing fixed, finally I get ahold of his boss " he knows nothing about my problems" But later that day Tyson calls me "everything will be ok we'll pay off the two cars" following Tuesday nothing fixed, I finally talked with Amy/Kelly payoff ladies (Awesome ladies very compassionate /understanding) and they knew nothing about my problems (I had to do Tysons job for him and explain to the ladies my dilemma, they fixed my problem within hours) they need to pay Tyson less and them more!!!) and also thanks to Coloramo (Brenda) for everything she did for me, not charging late fees. This experience will haunt me forever and with the my trade in and the car I finally ended up with, I shouldn't have any car payment! But life is all about experience. They won't fool me again!!!! And maybe they will do the right thing?

You will be treated like a human

Recently my husband and I purchased a used vehicle through Red Rock Nissan , or so we thought. There had been issues with the paperwork, due to employees leaving and new ones replacing them. When I walked into Red Rock Nissan to resolve the situation I was rightfully irritated, having to deal with something I thought had already been completed. By the time I walked out of Red Rock Nissan I was smiling and felt like I would be happy to stop by the dealership one day to just say "Hi", and thank them for resolving the situation for me. The manager of Red Rock Nissan, Mike, was very helpful and thoughtful due to our unusual situation in regards to purchasing our vehicle. I am proud to say, we will likely to shopping for a future car at Red Rock Nissan, and I highly suggest looking into them if you are interesting in shopping for a new vehicle.
