I've never had a better or more efficient experience with any dealer as I recently had with Grand Junction Chrysler Dodge Jeep. From the very first call to picking up our new Jeep, the people at Grand Junction Chrysler Dodge Jeep did everything they said that they would, didn't change any terms to the agreement and actually surprised us by lowering our payment quite a bit because they found a better rate for us. We worked with "O," and his manager, Scott. Both so great. Most impressed with O for his knowledge of the car we were leasing and also how fast he was to respond. All of our negotiations were done online and over the phone. Our car was ready when O said it would be and the final signing of the paperwork took less than 10 minutes. Really a great experience!

I had an accident with my 2016 Ram pickup pickup. Which was totaled. I bought that from "O" at Grand Junction as a CPO vehicle. So I called him up and told him that I need a nother 8' bed, 4 x 4, 2500 pickup and this time a new one. He said to come over as he had one. Not a Laramie like the previous one but a very nice Tradesman and new. O is excellent and knows his vehicles. Pays attention to what a customer wants and will do his best to find that vehicle. Great salesman. And they found financing that was excellent. Great guy to work with and I will use him if I need a new vehicle again.

We leased a brand new Dodge Durango and came to realize the agreed purchased price was not correct in the paperwork. After realizing the price mistake, a lot of back-and-forth happened, but nothing was changed. Also a few days later when we removed the “advertising” front plate we found our brand new vehicle having four holes on the bumper. Why the punched those holes in the bumper? They They putted 4 holes on the bumper and covered with the advertising plate, they also tried to punch two more at the black section under the area they punched 4 holes. We contacted the salesman who sold us the vehicle, but he never returned our message. I don’t recommend purchasing any vehicle from them. I honestly wish I could undo the deal as I can't bypass the bad feeling I got with this purchase. I can't forget to mention that while negotiating the vehicle, Grand Junction Chrysler "agreed" to the price we were negotiating with a condition that I would give them an A+ Review. At the moment I didn't see why I wouldn't, so they handed me a tablet to post the review and as I mentioned above the price was not the agreed price on the paperwork. I should have never given them that review until after the entire deal was completed and satisfactory.
