As long as Ray is there...you will have my business and constant referrals. I had such a bad experience prior and he made sure those mistakes did not happen when I brought my car in for the service that did not happen when I brought the car in previously. He kept in touch with me, updated me. I have changed my opinion about the service department because of him! He is service oriented !!!!

Very helpful, and little pressure. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Unlike some experiences where the salesperson is somewhat of an adversary, Andrew seemed like he was on my team.

Looking for a car I went to Felix, Bunnin and finally Keyes. At Keyes, I worked with Chris Dempsey. Chris, I can honestly say, is by far the best Chevy sales rep I've met in Los Angeles. He was laid back, informative and very fair. It was really great working with him. I can see now why Keyes gets such high customer ratings. Thanks Chris.

Over priced oil change

I had an appointment for an OIL change and told the person making the appointment I found the monthly special price for oil change and tire rotation on their website. I asked if I needed the coupon when I came in and she said I could just show my phone. The discount would not come up on my phone so I was charged full price for the service. Long story but I was disappointed they dealership would not stand behind their own monthly advertised specials. Also I found two hours + extensive for a oil change with an appointment. I was on time for my appointment and even early so it really took 2.5 hrs for a simple oil change. I found the dealership clean and offered a comfortable waiting area, wifi, drinks and snacks which were all very nice.

Fantastic service of my Corvette

Rene and RJ were outstanding. This was my first time bringing my 2002 Corvette to Keyes and I can't imagine the service having been any better. Most importantly, I feel that I can trust Keyes with my Corvette from now on.

For one thing, every time I go there, I look forward to the free water, cookies and fruits. Well now that they have moved to the new location, bigger waiting area, it gave this wonderful feeling to the customers waiting for their cars to be serviced. With the old location, it gets too crowded when there are a lot of people waiting in the waiting area. I've followed my service advisor from the old, now closed Chevy service station. Sometimes customers promote a service station not because of the company's reputation, but because of their positive experience with their service advisor. They are the ones who deal with the customers and make sure the customers are happy with the service done to their vehicle. The nice ambiance, free snacks plus the service to/back to the station is just an added bonus.

Keyes Van Nuys personnel are second to none. The personnel here were extremely helpful when I purchased my 2015 Camaro. Well we can all assume that they were just being kind, assertive, and attentative because they were trying to sell a car. I was completely wrong, the true test came when I brought in my new car for its first service. I was greeted by service advisor Pete Garcia. He wasted no time in greeting me with a smile and asked how he could help. I told him about a couple of concerns and also instructed them to do an oil change. They offered me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait there. While I waited for the shuttle to arrive I was offered coffee, water, latte, and other snacks. The waiting area is prestine and comfortable. I can not emphasize enough of how great the personnel here are. Thank you for creating such a wonderful environment for me.
