By leaving a completely honest and informative review for other future buyers to get an orientation to the brand and service in this Dealer could provide advice. Upon arrival, Anthony greeted me friendly, answering my questions about various Ford vehicles and showing me suggestions or possible purchase or leasing options. The best thing that can be highlighted is the honesty and support to acquire a vehicle and the professionalism without lies that the seller and the financier provided, since knowing about cars and sales numbers are two different things and they can help you in both things at the same time to get a better experience and decision when purchasing a vehicle at the best price and convenience for the buyer.

Awesome Experience

I needed a new work truck so I contacted Daryl Ulrich. He was awesome! Friendly and helpful and got me out of there relatively quickly. I had already checked with 4 other dealers and every one of them had trouble finding the truck I wanted. I was told “good luck” finding what I was looking for due to low inventory everywhere. I was looking for an extra cab with the 8” bed for work. Not only did Daryl find me 2 of the exact truck I wanted, he came in at $3000 less than any other quote I got (I received quotes for short 6’ bed trucks) I bought both of the F-150’s and will be contacting him for a third in the next year. Thank you for the amazing and quick service!

Stealing a 3600 $downpayment is not Good Business

Auto Nation and its Financier (Demetrius Skilling) had a buyer with a Legitimate Approved financial letter. They chose not to use it and made a mess of the purchase. Now 3 weeks later they have not returned my $3600 downpayment. A Complaint has been filed with the BBB on their current practices (adding over $3000 in unknown charges and forging a signature). This is not a good way to gain new Clients.

Service good, but no rental supplied.

The actual service was fine, but my car had numerous recalls which they said would take about three days. The rental car was my responsibility, not Ford’s, even though all work done was recall related. Seems unfair to say the least.

Expedition Max turned off for no reason. Bob in service with the techs figured it out. Had the transmission and alternator replaced and vehicle is back to normal. Bob was always giving updates on the vehicle, which is awesome, Will always keep coming back here.

Autonation Service - Routine Oil Change and Maintenace Check

Excellent service provided for a routine oil service - booked appointment online. Service Advisor Christian did a terrific job of checking the car in, advising and reviewing any recalls and researching my request for a quote for new tires. Christian also arranged for Lyft service to provide for rides for drop-off and pick-up of my car. I was provided with a text update including a video from the technician on his inspection of the vehicle. Service was completed in just a couple hours.

Great service

Took my car in after ford in RSM basically told me to kick rocks. My service advisor at Tustin Ford was Christian and he was great! He took very good car of my car and was vert attentive! I had an issue with the way my mustang was shifting into gear, this Tustin dealership really looked into it and the issue was fix! I will definitely be coming back here even if it is an extra drive compared to my local ford dealership.

Always Solid Service at this location

Daniel, my service advisor kept me updated on the my service. I had a recall for the front brakk lines and had my rear brakes serviced. They got my car in on time and out about when they promised which allowed me to get out of town on time for an appointment. They also get you a LYFT if needed. Very satisfied with my service, I've taken my Fusion here for many years.
