We bought our 2021 Subaru Forester Limited from Shingle Springs Subaru in February 2024 even though there are other Subaru dealers closer to where we live in Roseville. We are completely satisfied with the experience and with the way Tim and Jeff handled the whole transaction. All our questions were answered and we will definitely be visiting them again when we need another car. Omar handled the finance end of the transaction and we are also extremely satisfied with the way he walked us through finalizing the purchase. We can't say enough good things about Shingle Springs Subaru. If they are a little further away from you I can tell you they are definitely worth the trip!

I have a Subaru and a Nissan and both are serviced there most of the time. My daughter also has her Subaru service there. Pricing is in line with other shops and the work seems to be well done and timely. The people have always been courteous, competent, helpful and nice to work with.

Nice low-pressure dealership for Subaru and Nissan

I bought a car there and, when my daughter needed a car, she bought a new one there, too. In our experience it's a low-pressure environment where the sales people are helpful but not pushy. We easily came to terms on a fair price and the paperwork was relatively painless. We didn't use the internet sales option, we just walked onto the lot, but we'd done our research on Edmunds ahead of time and went in knowing what a fair price would be. The only advice I would give is to decide ahead of time if you want an extended warranty or not.

It's so nice to walk into Shingle Spring Nissan's service department. I just know they are going to take care of my car and get me on my way!! If your looking for that small-town, honest, friendly vibe....this is the place!!

Shingle Springs Subaru in CA. I dealt with Chuck. He is a typical sales guy. Told me how much he would give me for my trade in, then revoked his offer after talking to his "Manager". I got up to walk out and he met me half way on the new, lower price. Service dept sucks. I asked about an alignment and they sent me to Big-O. then when I said they should cover the cost as I was told it was a bad alignment, they said they would have covered it under warranty, but since they did not see the car they could not. I have heard the same story from others, they do not live up to their promises. I will not be purchasing from them again. I will go down the hill and find a dealer who wants my business and will keep a customer happy.
